Beautiful space

Fantastic location. The one negative is that the pull out couches aren’t really functional as beds. The beds in the rooms are super comfortable, the decor is funky and interesting. Overall I would highly recommend if you can all sleep on tge two real beds.

2024 February White Wine Weekend Stay

We spent the February White Wine Weekend in Boonville at this house and would agree with David’s review. Walked to the Boonville Hotel for dinner Friday night and brought in food from their new sister restaurant on Saturday. House was very clean and convenient to town. Loved the keypad lock on front door so we didn't have to worry about a key. The large screen TV was really neat to view. Having stayed down the street at the Tolman House several times (dogs allowed there), I knew that we would be hearing the traffic. With ear plugs it wasn’t a problem. It was nice to try a new house, since we didn’t have our pet with us and on a similar occasion in the future I would stay there again.

Review of the house in Boonville

I have been waiting for this review. They call it a cottage but it's an older house. It has two bedrooms and two baths great for two couples. The beds were comfortable and I had no back problems. It also has a living room, a TV room (I think this was called a sitting room at one time) and a kitchen. Kitchen - man there is more food in the cabinets than you can imagine. Bring a steak, grill it and eat that boy with what you find in the kitchen. This place also has air conditioning - we didn't use it in September when we were there but it would be handy in July. Ok now the bathrooms - both have been extensively re-done. They look like an interior designer set them up. All new everything. From the sinks to the modern showers to the new tile floors the bathrooms are superb. As for location our car parks securely on the property and 4 wineries are within walking distance. How good is that? I would recommend this Vrbo property to anyone. It's a really nice place to stay. PS. I didn't mention the condition of the house. Totally clean and inviting.
