We love Myrtle Beach and the condo was very nice. We want to come back next year. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only thing that took getting used to was the lock on the door. After the first day we were fine. It was very clean. Thanks for a great week!

Amazing Place!!

This is our second year staying at Anchorage 1! Last year was a different condo, but still amazing!!!! 10/10 recommend for anybody. ONLY negative this time was the elevator was down the whole time and my dad has bad knees so it wasn’t easy taking the steps. Condo though was very nice and great. Will be back again!!

Thank you so much for your kind words, and for staying with us again this year! We're so glad you continue to love Anchorage I and had another great experience. We're sorry to hear about the elevator being down during your stay — we know that made things more difficult, especially for your dad, and we'll make sure to follow up on that. We can't wait to welcome you back again!

Nice family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very clean. Enjoyed how beach access was not crowded. My only complaint is the dryer in the unit. The dryer left black streaks on our clothes. It was able to come out with shout and some light scrubbing. Just recommend cleaning the dryer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Door was a bit hard to open - directions on opening diagram were not correct- Condo was as described in pictures- it was clean and decor was nice- dryer was outdated took awhile to dry clothes- 2nd bedroom tv didn’t work - didn’t bother to call about it - it would be nice if there was a hook on hall bathroom door to hang towels - also a table on the balcony would be nice - elevator didn’t work one day but maintenance took care of it in a couple hours - the North building is a bit difficult to unload and reload car since elevator is towards front of building and parking is limited and it doesn’t connect to the other buildings

Nice with minimal hiccups

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying at Anchorage. We love the location. When we arrived on Saturday we discovered the master bathroom shower did not work. Maintenance came back on Monday to fix it, so we all had to use one shower until then. The unit was clean for the most part, except the couches had a urine smell to them. It may have been from guests sitting on them with wet bathing suits. Either way, they had an oder to them. Lastly, the washer and dryer are outdated and could be replaced. The dryer left brown marks on my white clothes. Overall, we were happy with our stay and it’s a great location.

Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My vacation rental at the Anchorage was good. The accommodations were very nice. The only exception this year was the development of a medical issue toward the last few days of our vacation that sort of dampened the experience. Hopefully we will be able to come again next year with a better outcome.

We loved the condo and the location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would have given it a 10 out of 10, but for circumstances beyond their control, the pool was closed for repair 5 out of 7 days we were there. Other than that, it is a great, quiet location. Beach is right across the street. Condo had everything we needed. Well decorated, just like the photos. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to SC. Rental company responded immediately to any questions we had. We loved it here. You're within 10-15 minutes to all the major attractions.
