Indulge in awe-inspiring vistas of the Atlantic as you settle into this fully furnished sanctuary, where comfort and coastal allure seamlessly intertwine. Unwind in the welcoming living area, craft delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, and rejuvenate in the comfortable bedrooms. Venture out to the pristine beach just moments away, or embark on a brief stroll to discover lively attractions and an array of dining choices. The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple outdoor grills located on each side of complex as well. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage I is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in a designated area in the back parking lot (opposite side of ocean)

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Our condos are located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.


Myrtle Beach International Airport is a convenient 10-15 minute drive.

We love Myrtle Beach and the condo was very nice. We want to come back next year. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only thing that took getting used to was the lock on the door.After the first day we were fine. It was very clean. Thanks for a great week!

When we arrived on Saturday we discovered the master bathroom shower did not work. Maintenance came back on Monday to fix it, so we all had to use one shower until then. The unit was clean for the most part, except the couches had a urine smell to them. It may have been from guests sitting on them with wet bathing suits. Either way, they had an oder to them. Lastly, the washer and dryer are outdated and could be replaced. The dryer left brown marks on my white clothes. Overall, we were happy with our stay and it’s a great location.

The dryer left black streaks on our clothes. It was able to come out with shout and some light scrubbing. Just recommend cleaning the dryer.

The only exception this year was the development of a medical issue toward the last few days of our vacation that sort of dampened the experience. Hopefully we will be able to come again next year with a better outcome.

Other than that, it is a great, quiet location. Beach is right across the street. Condo had everything we needed. Well decorated, just like the photos. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to SC. Rental company responded immediately to any questions we had. We loved it here. You're within 10-15 minutes to all the major attractions.

The condo is lovely, clean and most areas have been updated. The kitchen is excellent, contains everything you need, and we cook nearly every day.The dining table needs to be larger and the dryer should be replaced, otherwise everything is great.

Amazing Place!!

This is our second year staying at Anchorage 1! Last year was a different condo, but still amazing!!!! 10/10 recommend for anybody. ONLY negative this time was the elevator was down the whole time and my dad has bad knees so it wasn’t easy taking the steps. Condo though was very nice and great. Will be back again!!
