The Space:
Mighty Tiny House 1 by Tiny Away is located in Pepepe, Waikato Region. It's a 53 minute drive from Hamilton city and nearby Waitomo Caves, Raglan Beach, Marokopa Falls, and Hobbiton Tour are just a few of the attractions available.

A cozy 139 square-feet tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on our second tiny house, Mighty Tiny House 2 on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including the farm.

By public transport: We recommend guests to travel by private vehicle or v-hire to and from the tiny house/property. Thank you.

Other Things to Note:
- Open connection for WiFi access
- Good mobile reception with Spark
- Pets should be kept on a leash at all times
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking inside the tiny home; outside is allowed
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
- Only (1) pet is allowed. Additional pets may incur a fee. This is a pet-friendly property—full pet policies will be sent before arrival.

Important note:

- Please do not enter the farm shed or yards without the land host's permission
- Please be advised that there will be farm machinery and cattle noise on our property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
