Beautiful Modern Cottage on Cranberry Lake. Just a little more than a half-hour north of Kingston, Cranberry Lake beckons cottagers all year long. A lengthy array of lakes and islands make these lakes a paradise for boaters and paddlers. With numerous lounging areas to enjoy the outdoors, including a hot tub and wood burning Sauna with window view to the lake. The main deck extends along the entire lakeside of the cottage, or use the lower deck near the lake. The dock gives you access to water activities.

We had a fantastic time at the cottage. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind with family. The lake was beautiful both to wade in and float off the dock. Had all the amenities needed for our stay. We really enjoyed our time. Love the local bakery recommended by the hosts, a definite must visit! Only draw back is leaving with your garbage at the end of the stay due to the mid-week pick up. We would return for another stay for sure.

Pure Serenity perfection

This was our second stay at the Cranberry Lake House and we hope to make it an annual family gathering place as it is truly our happy place. The hosts have carefully considered every possible thing you would ever dream of having at a cottage for a luxury stay. We relaxed in the sauna and hot tub , in the big Adirondack chairs on multiple levels overlooking the beautiful lake, the property is quiet and feels very private. The air conditioning and screened dining area was a welcome relief with a heat wave, the washer and dryer meant we returned home with clean clothes, a dishwasher made clean ups a breeze , everything in the cottage is high end finishes and beautifully decorated. There is a beautiful outdoor space with a handcrafted dining table and pizza oven , lovely hammock to relax in. Truly, the hosts provide a very detailed and thoughtful guide and are very responsive to any communication , they even have a basket with blankets for your dog , the towels are fluffy and luxurious. It is absolutely perfect

Outstanding Lake House Relaxation Experience, Beyond Expectations,Perfection!

We stayed at the Cranberry Lake House for 5 days and can not capture all of the positive elements in words, far surpassed expectations and it is even more beautiful in person. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything you could ever need and every detail was modern, elegant, well thought out and with an eye for design and practicality. The hosts were friendly , accommodating, gracious and prepared a wonderful guidebook with detailed instructions to ensure things flowed smoothly. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, being on the lake, the incredible indoor and outdoor spaces and great places to read a book in a shaded gazebo or have a meal in the screened in porch on the upper deck. I loved having the option of sitting on the upper deck in a comfy chair with a coffee overlooking the lake in front of the gas fireplace and our family also loved roasting marshmallows at the fire pit on the lower level garden space. Landscaping was beautiful, well lit paths with solar lighting made a beautiful, romantic glow. The cottage is surrounded by trees and quiet so you feel like it is your own private oasis retreat. We watched geese and swans on the lake and heard many beautiful bird songs. We also loved that we were so close for day trips to Kingston, Westport and Perth to visit local shops. We were greeted with a fresh apple pie by the hosts which was very welcoming. Spotless, 2 bathrooms , washer and dryer, luxurious , you won’t be disappointed . Absolutely Amazing !!!!

Lovely place + hosts

This is pretty much the ideal rental. A place that is exactly as described in the listing and pictures (this place is a very clean, well-stocked rental) with very responsive and extremely communicative hosts. We were 4 adults staying for 3 days and we had a great time!

Lovely

A lovely, modern cottage, perfect for our November weekend getaway. Lots of cozy blankets and the fire tables were so warm and easy to use. Every amenity we could possibly need. Hosts were very attentive by email/text, and we appreciated all of the information in the guidebook.
