This place was absolutely beautiful! We went up for my son’s 8th birthday as a surprise, and let me tell you this condo did not disappoint at all. The inside was so clean and felt just like you were at home. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The pictures don’t just justice for just how beautiful this place truly is. Ohhh and not to mention the views off the balcony are gorgeous! I highly recommend staying here, I know I am definitely going to be returning. And the swimming pools are wonderful too!

Does not disappoint!

This condo and location is just wonderful. The views from the porch were absolutely breathtaking. The outdoor pool was gorgeous and my kids loved it. In the evenings when it was cooler my kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Would definitely recommend, we plan to come back again next year. Thank you

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay at Echota on the Ridge. It’s our go to property when we visit Boone. Recommend providing more towels next time (only 1 per person for 3 nights). Would have like to use the fireplace too but didn’t appear to work. Property was clean w/comfortable furniture. Great place to stay!

Beautiful Snow and Mountain Views!

We had a great time and loved the location! The Mountain View’s were great and we were very blessed to see a beautiful snow while we were there. Our two grandkids, ages 2 and 4 got to see snow and go sledding at the sledding Hill at Beech Mountain for the first time. The location was within 20 minutes to some of our favorite places including Sugar Mountain resort, Boone and Appalachian State University where we graduated from, and Grandfather Mountain. The Condo was very updated and clean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the living area was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures.A great family vacation!!!

Great stay!

Property was clean, and well equipped. Was exactly as pictured. Beautiful location. Do heed the 4-wheel drive recommendation as it would be necessary with any winter weather. We hope to visit again soon!

It was nice, love the location , however there were a couple of afternoons when construction noise was unbearable. Should have been a discount for that reason !

Great Getaway

Views are amazing, very cozy and clean condo, had everything we needed. Close to trails, playgrounds, Blue Ridge parkway for a ride, grocery shopping, restaurants.

We came to Boone to tour Appalachian State with our Senior. We found the PERFECT place to rest and relax in. This place was everything it said it would be. VERY clean, gorgeous, fully furnished and then some. We enjoyed the deck and the beautiful scenery. Would love to stay here again and again should our daughters chose APP as her college home!!!

Great stay

Unit was extremely clean and very quiet! My only advise is to read emails and follow directions from the property managment before you arrive. We booked last minute and I didn't follow directions. Cellular service is hit or miss in the area.
