Great unit and in a good location. Area is quiet, Glenda was good with checking to make sure I did not need anything extra and replying to questions.

Great little unit

Was in a great location, easy walking distance to shops & restaurants. Cook park is just at your doorstep - lovely to walk through, so peaceful. Down the road is a great place for breakfast / brunch / lunch. Maybe a little bit on the pricier side, but well worth it. Communication from Glenda was perfect - gave us great ideas on where to visit - one of which was the caves a Borenore - certainly worth a visit. The shower was a little on the small side but other than that everything was great. Would definitely recommend it for short visits by either an individual or a couple. Will be contacting Glenda again, when next in Orange.

Ok but could be better

Location good except for traffic noise from nearby roundabout. Room had been cleaned but needed pest treatment as spiders and other insects in several places including bedding.Would have appreciated earlier communication of access arrangements as we were on the road for some time and so what anxious there was possibly an issue with the booking.
