Impeccable 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom holiday home with swimming pool, ideal for families or groups. The Witton sleeps up to 10 guests, offering generous space and effortless indoor–outdoor living. Family-friendly with multiple living areas, pet-friendly upon request, and off-street boat parking. Located minutes from the town centre, with the River Road boat ramp around the corner, close to the Yacht Club, Chinaman’s Island, The Sebel, Black Bull Golf Club, and the waterfront boardwalk.
The Space:
There is so much to love about The Witton Yarrawonga, a beautifully appointed family-friendly holiday home designed for comfort, relaxation, and effortless entertaining.
The home features 4 generous bedrooms, with 3 of the 4 king beds able to split into singles, making it ideal for families or groups. The house sleeps a maximum of 10 guests (using divan beds).
Pets are welcome upon request (one-off pet fee applies). With excellent nearby walking paths, it’s a great spot for furry family members — please discuss pet approval at the time of reservation.
This is a fantastic family home, thoughtfully set up so kids can have fun while parents truly unwind. There are puzzles and games for children, a second TV/lounge room to keep them entertained, plus a third TV in the master bedroom. A secure grassed area provides a safe space for younger children to play and fur babies to run and relax in the sun.
The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly to the poolside alfresco, creating the perfect indoor–outdoor lifestyle. The alfresco space is well equipped for all seasons, featuring outdoor fans and remote-controlled blinds for summer, and outdoor heaters for winter.
The sparkling in-ground pool is salt chlorinated and includes a self-cleaning system, heat pump, and retractable, adjustable pool umbrella. The pool is pump-heated to 28°C during spring and summer!
Parking is super easy with a large double garage, plus an extended driveway offering off-street parking for a boat, jet-ski or group bookings.

Bedroom 2: 1 x King bed or 2 x Single beds
Bedroom 3: 1 x King bed or 2 x Single beds

All quality bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own outdoor towels for swimming.
The standard advertised rate covers up to 8 guests using the beds listed above.
Additional guest charges apply for up-to 2 additional guests and the use of the divan bed.
