The Witton - Yarrawonga

Summary:
This new holiday property is just perfect and it will certainly delight! The house is only 3 years old and it is tastefully appointed and spacious. The central location is a bonus - the river road boat ramp is literally around the corner, the Yacht Club, Chinaman's Island, The Sebel and the waterfront boardwalk, all so close.
There are 4 bedrooms, and 3 of the 4 king beds can split into singles. Priced on 8 guests, can host an additional 2 children upon request.
The pool is pump heated to 28!

We often describe a person as being ‘witty’, and not an object like a house. But this holiday house is different!
We are creating an 'experience' here for our guests. It has been thoughtfully themed to bring families and friends together, amuse, humour and create laughter and stimulate social gatherings that are memorable.

We want the kids to be entertained, so the parents can relax, and switch into a restful and relaxing holiday mode. There is a second TV/lounge room that can help keep the children entertained and a third TV in the master bedroom.

In addition there is a secure grassed area for the young ones to play.

The open plan living and dining seamlessly blend to the poolside al fresco. There are outdoor fans and remote-control alfresco blinds for the summer, and outdoor heaters for the winter.

The sparkling in-ground pool is salt chlorinated, has a self-cleaning system, heat pump and retractable and turn-able pool umbrella.

The double garage is a very good size, and the driveway has been extended to offer off street parking for the boat.
