It’s in a great neighborhood. Walk to everything. So close to downtown but has a neighborhood feel. Great amenities. We would gladly stay here again.

This is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s clean and comfortable and quiet and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. Parking and washer/dryer were a great bonus and the location is perfect for exploring Vancouver… this is in a great neighborhood , walking distance to the beach, great restaurants with in 5 minutes ( Odd Fish was excellent!)A quick walk over the bridge to the Public Market and Vancouver downtown. We loved Vancouver and will definitely be back and stay here again.

Great location

Location is great and the place is very nicely laid out. We had a request to adjust a few things and the hosts were very attentive and helpful throughout the whole stay. Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for accom in the kits area.

The property was in a great location and the apartment was clean and modern. That being said, there was a musty odor and they should be more transparent, I'm 6'4 and the ceiling was very low. I actually had to bend the entire time I was in the bathroom. There should be a note that taller people might not be as comfortable.

Perfect Location!

The apartment was perfectly situated, giving easy access to the beach and shopping areas. The rental was clean, well furnished, and pleasant.

What did not work: -- It's a basement unit, which is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. -- This made the place damp, cold, claustrophobic, and not suited for anyone who's taller than 5 ft 8 in. -- It's a good location, but definitely not worth 600 a night; the second room is more like a den that has squeezed a whole bed into it. -- The place was mostly clean, except for a palm-sized spider and pretty scary spiderwebs. What worked:-- The host was responsive. -- The location is great if you want to live close to Kits Beach and Granville Island.

Perfect stay in Kits Beach

The property was even better than advertised- very clean, quiet, two spacious bedrooms, spacious bathroom, convenient kitchen, and just a few minutes walk from beach, shops and restaurants, and Granville island. Perfect for visiting the beach or easy access to the city. 11/10 would recommend.

Location was great. Downside was that you cannot look outside, but this was known so not really concerning. What we really did not like was that the airconditioner was running constantly and could not be controlled by us. It was very cold in the apartment. The owner told us to turn on heaters to make it more comfortable. That didn’t help much plus there was the constant noise of the airconditioner.

City vacation

Great communication from owner with very clear instructions for accessing the basement flat. Very clean with comfortable beds and great location in a nice neighbourhood.. However very low ceiling - had to duck head in places , and dark without windows to open in living areas. As it is a house basement the gas and air conditioning units for the house above are not insulated but behind a cupboard door in kitchen and adjacent to the bedroom so very noisy all day and night. Heating controlled from the upstairs house was pumping out of vents into the apartment without any controls in the basement so it was very stuffy. Quite dark and noisy as you might expect from a basement

This unit was exactly as described. The location was the best thing about it--close to Kitsilano Beach, many great restaurants, & easy to get to downtown Vancouver.

Location was great and convenient. Check-in instructions was clear. All rooms were clean and tidy. Love the new washer and dryer. Luckily the weather wasn't too hot, electrical fans were good enough. It's great that the bathroom has double sink vanity. However, the shower area is a bit low for people more than 6' tall. Overall stay and experience was wonderful. We loved it!
