Located in the exclusive Sands Estate, this beachside retreat offers tranquillity, space, and privacy - only 200 steps to the shores of the iconic Four Mile Beach!

Syreon embraces tropical living, featuring breezeways, al fresco dining, and a private pool for cooling off on those balmy afternoons.

This pavilion-style residence features three bedrooms; two spacious king rooms with private en-suites, including double showers and walk-in robes. The third bedroom comprises two sets of bunk beds, comfortably accommodating four guests with an adjoining bathroom - it is the perfect setup for children.

Ideal for entertaining, the house boasts a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, open plan living with high cathedral ceilings and an undercover dining area overlooking the pool.

The Sands at Four Mile is conveniently located just a short stroll to the Four Mile shopping strip, The Beach Shack, Barrier Reef Tavern, and is only a 5-minute drive into the main street of Port Douglas.

Fantastic location and property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and spacious. We shared with another couple so having separate buildings for our bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. Short walk to the lovely beach and five minute drive into town was very convenient. The area was beautifully maintained and having our own pool was a great bonus.

I want to give this 10 out of 10

This property has the potential to be ten out of ten and it’s only a couple little things that let it down. What we loved: 1. The private villa style, the common area has a great kitchen and living area. Adjoining the common area are three suite style bedrooms each with their own bathroom and wardrobes. It gives a feel of being together but your own space too. 2. Pool and BBQ are in the centre of all of this. 3. Communication with the property manager was seamless 4. Extra fridge outside by the pool so we don’t have to run in and out of the main common area when wet from the pool. 5. Outside toilet and shower again so no running inside when when wet from the pool. 6. Outdoor dining was very good quality and comfortable- we spent a lot of time using this. What can be improved:The following did not impact our stay but it’s just a couple of little things. 1. The showers in the main suites are designed in a way that water spills out the sides into the WIR and the edges, meaning after each shower we have to use the towels to dry it up and then wash the towels. 2. Pool loungers need replacing but they are still ok. 3. Pool could be cleaner, I had my husband clean it up every day prior to swimming in it. I don’t think the filter works properly. 4. The main communal area has a damp smell which I used candles and left all the cupboards open to mitigate, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Even with the items that could be improved I would still stay here again
