Welcome to your peaceful mountain lodge located in the heart of Pinetop.

This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin is designed to provide you with scenic mountain views and cozy spaces for gathering, making your stay truly exceptional. Whether you're gathering around the fire pit, cooking family meals in the fully stocked kitchen, or relaxing in one of the cozy bedrooms, this peaceful mountain lodge has everything you need for a relaxing escape. Book your stay today and experience the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and connection.

Pet Policy – Dogs Only (With Prior Approval)
Dogs are welcome with owner approval prior to booking. Please share your dog’s age, breed, and size when inquiring.

Up to 2 dogs maximum

$150 non-refundable pet fee (covers up to 2 dogs)

Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved

Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damages caused by pets

Unauthorized pets or pets brought without prior approval may result in additional fees and/or cancellation of the reservation.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $6 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:

Great location

Nice house, pretty much everything you need is there…any problems we had the host was very communicative with…twin mattress not too comfy for adult, fine for kids…location is great, in town but open area…the shrubs by fire need trimmed, but I’m sure it will be done right away as host is very receptive

Very disappointed.

1. based on all restriction, one would think the house in an immaculate condition. it is not. needs upkeep 2. house for 10, only 6 or 7 glasses of same style 3. dinning table for 6, and your not allowed to take food or drink 4. wood floor is all scratched up. 5. dinning chairs full of stains. 6. Upon arrival, towels were not in all the bathrooms. had to go searching to find. 7. master bathroom ceiling damaged . appeared had water leak. 8. outdoor fire pit unusable, due to overgrown nearby foilage 9. some of the beds uncomfortable 10. kitchen utencils, old and cheap. knives not sharp etc... 11. no key for front door. had to use garage the entire week. 12. some of the dressers were not dusted in a while 13. property manager was prompt to respond. 14. Based on condition, we cancelled inviting friends to dinner. I did not want to give bad review. as the house is in great neighborhood, and has great potential. based on cost, it was disappointing.

Wonderful stay

We just loved the area and the gorgeous view in the back. Everyone was very helpful and quick to address any issues that arose since we were there for 2 months. We hope to be able to come back again in the future. The pictures of the home gives you an idea of how spacious it is. Sitting on the deck and looking out into the woods was very relaxing. Thank you for making our stay a happy one!
