Welcome to the charming ‘K. Rose Cottage’. This happily situated cottage with three-bedrooms is located within a leisurely stroll to the local sandy beach, nearby walking tracks and river. It is also within easy walking distance to the centre of Victor Harbor. Leave the car at home and stroll to the local Cafés and restaurants - you may even spot the Steam Ranger train along the way!

The Space:
There is a cosy lounge with TV and split system air-conditioner with room for the children to play on the rug. A separate kitchen with eat-in dining for 6 people has a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop and oven, and all essential kitchenware, including a stand-alone coffee grinder for the coffee connoisseurs.

Bedroom one is master size with queen bed, built-in robe, full length mirror, and remote controlled ceiling fan.
Bedroom two also has a queen bed, ceiling fan and freestanding robe with mirror.
Bedroom three has a single bed, ceiling fan and a gable roof clothes rack.

The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower and basin. The laundry includes both washing machine and dryer as well as a convenient second large shower and separate toilet.

Outside is a small fenced rear yard to enjoy on a sunny afternoon with a fully equipped BBQ and outdoor furniture.
There is also a trampoline for children to enjoy .
