Great Central Location

We thought the place was great. Would stay here again on our next trip back to Boise. Kitchen was well stock and place was very comfortable.

Great location

We stayed for 16 days and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Walking distance to downtown, river, multiple coffee shops restaurants. Check in was easy and communication with the property manager while we were there was easy. Highly recommend

We found the townhouse exactly as expected. Clean, furnished nicely, and roomy. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds. Location was great. Walking distance to an amazing bakery, breweries, and shopping. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Boise.

A Real Gem

We absolutely loved this place! From the location, the communication with Rachel, and how comfortable we felt here, the place deserves five stars. The kitchen was the best stocked for cooking and eating of any place I’ve stayed in recently. We definitely plan to come back!

Quiet Neighborhood

This townhouse is close to downtown Boise in a quiet neighborhood with nearby shopping. The home was well furnished and pleasant to return to after a day of visiting/sightseeing.

Walking distance to downtown

We really enjoyed our stay. Love having a separate place for each person (one upstairs one down). So much better than a hotel. And we really appreciate the cleanliness and well equipped kitchen.

Nice townhouse in Boise

The house was clean and nice and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would rent it again. One thing to note is that the kitchen is upstairs which may be a challenge for those who have mobility issues.

Great location

Great location, walkable to downtown, clean property. A few small things could be fixed - heat resets to higher temperature every evening so it is very warm overnight, kitchen table is pretty wobbly, downstairs bedroom door doesn’t latch so it won’t stay closed, towel racks in bathroom were loose and came off the wall. None of these things hugely impacted our stay. Overall, preperty was great for a weekend away and had games, extra blankets/linens, and all basic kitchen items. I would definitely stay here again!

The unit was great. Clean and comfortable. So nice having a separate space for each person. So much better than a hotel room. Kitchen well stocked. And we really appreciated the cleanliness of the unit.

The house is as described. The furniture is nice beds are OK. The only complaint we had was there were pet stains in the carpet in both bedrooms not terrible but A little offputting. The location is close enough. You can walk to downtown and definitely big enough for two couples.

Perfect home base for Boise adventure

Modern townhome, immaculate, lots of space, seemed brand new. Beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion - hooks or more towel racks in the bathrooms. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

One of the best vacation rentals that we have stayed at. Very clean, well appointed, convenient to downtown, secure garage. One quirk is that the kitchen in on the second floor with the master, the ground floor having the 2nd bedroom. Worked fine for us.

Great Stay in Boise

Great stay! Location walking distance to downtown. Nice quiet street. The house layout is amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed to make a comfortable stay away from home. Host very responsive! The only negative (but minor) I had was the area in back of the property is a little sketchy but I wouldn’t have known about it had I not driven around that way and not once did I ever feel unsafe during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend this place to others.

Fantastic

I’d give this place six stars if I could. The unit was beautifully furnished, spotless and well appointed. The layout is a bit unconventional ( the kitchen is on the second floor) but we found that to be no issue at all Location is great; an easy walk to downtown Boise. Communication with the host team was clear and efficient and they could not have been more accommodating. We’ll definitely re-book next time we’re in Boise.

Very nice property with a superb location

Property looks just like the photos!! The beds were like high end hotel beds and we all got very good nights sleep. The location makes a short walk to the restaurants at 8th Street Restaurant Row, the downtown Boise River Greenbelt, or the Idaho State Capitol building. If you walk the other direction you will soon be back on the Greenbelt in Garden City home to many Idaho winery tasting rooms, breweries and ciders. Parking is easy. The communication was prompt and helpful. On my next trip to Boise, I will look for this property first.

Clean and modern

Very nice! The host even texted us the day of arrival and said we could check in a little earlier if we needed too. We came into town for Mother’s Day and had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were very clean and had pretty much everything!!!! One great thing is that it’s almost as if there are two living environments which was very nice since we were staying with another couple. It gave each of us privacy and our own separate space instead of retreating into our room. A helpful hint to the owner, please put a full size mirror in the closet so woman can see their entire body, this seems to be a common thing for rentals they never have them, and it would be very helpful! Thank you!

The townhome is nice and well equipped. With a bedroom, bathroom and den area on both floors it lives well and is spacious. The unit was clean except for the bottom drawer of the freezer and one of the beds was either made up very poorly or the sheets were not changed upon our arrival. The location was good and felt safe if you want to be near downtown bars and restaurants. It is about a 4 - 5 block walk to get to them. The upstairs den overlooks a Meadowgold truck parking lot. The unit only has one A/C so the bottom floor stays cooler than the top floor when it is warm. One day were were there it hit 100 degrees and it could not quite cool the master bedroom on the top floor. We had to move to the smaller bed on the bottom floor that night to get comfortable. The backyard area does have a nice grill, but the area is tiny and pretty unappealing. The pics online make it appear decent, but everyone these days has professional pics that make their place look much better than reality. Overall I would stay here again providing it is not exceptionally hot (A/C) and understanding that there is no inviting outside area in the front of the back of the unit.
