The unit was beautiful but there were a lot of things that were not great , the air-con did not work at all the maintenance guy checked it and couldnt get it goingThe TV was all in Arabic and didnt have any normal channels , it took the maintenance guy an hour to fix.The small black key that used you used to buzz in and out did not always scan, and we could not get back into the carpark at 12.30 after we went to Keith Urban Also the pillows where terrible make sure you take your own pillows

Amazing views and great location

Really great location with fantastic views. The amenities are fantastic, and cocktail bar and restaurants were great. Only complaint was the pillows were not the best and would have liked more soaps but otherwise absolutely great place to stay for an extended stay and will definitely be back.

Returning travellers, great view but disappointing maintenance issues

We recently stayed for a second time at this property after having such a great experience the first time.Unfortunately our returning visit wasn’t as smooth sailing, but still enjoyable with great views.Cons:- We were unable to gain access to our car park, which prevented early access and one of our fobs did not work for the duration of the trip. This was a widespread issue at The Langham and it was unable to be resolved.- The properties not maintained well, presumably issues caused by renters which is disappointing, but it’s also disappointing that there’s no maintenance checks completed.- We arrived to find a large electronic blind on the floor, which meant that we were unable to make use of it until the technician arrived the following day. The sun rises early on the GC, so it was not ideal having a night without a blind with little kids.- The light was not working in the second bathroom, it was reported but not fixed for the duration of our stay.- The clothes rack is broken, we stayed for 9 nights so had to do washing. We had to hold the rack up with two chairs on each end but it’s falling apart. This was broken on our first stay too.- The kitchen tap did not stay in place despite the handyman tightening it.- The glass shelf was missing in the second bathroom.- The beds are very firm and uncomfortable.Despite the issues raised above, the stay was still enjoyable. We hope that the property is better maintained in future, as we would be interested in returning

Breathtaking views & great management

We have travelled many places but this apartment left such an impression on us that we wanted to go back before our holiday even ended. The view is one of the best I have seen. Our children aged 1 and 3 loved the apartment, and we felt safer with the windows being full height on the balcony as we have a child that loves to climb. We booked again for 2025 and unfortunately had to postpone because of the cyclone but the management were absolutely fantastic and accomodating given the circumstances. We are really looking forward to returning again and couldn’t speak higher of this apartment and our stay. The only thing that is a slight inconvenience is where you need to pick up the keys from, but in the scheme of things - who really cares! 10/10 from us!

Wonderful apartment in fabulous location

Spacious apartment with stunning ocean views, well located between Broadbeach & Surfers. Handy bus service a few short steps away, or the G:Link just a little further to get you around.An easy walk to Northcliffe Surf Club for excellent well-priced meals. Or of course The Langham Hotel right next door. Good communication with staff when a maintenance issue cropped up & the problem was fixed in a jiffy.My only gripe is old & abysmally thin bed pillows & insufficient crockery, cutlery & glassware. In fact we only had 3 forks between 4 of us so we had to buy one from the supermarket! This is a common complaint according to past guests’ reviews & it seems it has fallen on deaf ears. If these small but important issues were addressed It would make the experience of staying in this apartment so much better.

This listing is a scam. Took my money and wouldn’t let me check in.

I was never allowed in. They wanted my driver’s license and atm card and kept putting me on hold. This listing is aScam and I would like my money back and these people investigated.

Loved the unit and the building and the amenities and the location. Would have been nice to have a little more information regarding where the amenities were located and what was included (coffee in am and afternoon tea) Also directions for the parkade would have been helpful. It took us a while to figure out where our spot was.

Beautiful property, 20 mins walk each way to Surfers and Broadbeach. Just as pictured, very comfortable, amazing view. Shared facilities with the Langham which was a bonus. Only negative, need more plates, cutlery, glasses (tumblers), microwave bowls etc. With only three of us, we were constantly washing dishes to use. Some pantry staples would be useful too.
