Escape from the daily grind with a getaway to the Black Duck Cottage in Arlington Place! Black Duck Cottage is a 1200 sq ft pet friendly home with an open one level floor plan. The two 30' porches are perfect for rocking, dining and enjoying your peaceful surroundings. This is one of our Outfitter Cottages near Mill Creek and the kayak center. The unique details and décor both inside and out make this cottage one of a kind. Neighborhood and cottage amenities make it the perfect for adventure or just relaxing.

This beautifully appointed 3BR, 2BA cottage features an open living, dining and kitchen area for a comfortable relaxing stay. Primary bedroom has a king sized bed with private bath. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom offers additional sleeping options with two twin beds. Off the hallway is a full bath that includes a full size washer & dryer. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with ice-maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee toaster and all your basic cooking utensils. Off the living area is a 420 sq ft covered and screened in porch to expand your living space. WIFI and Streaming TV comes complimentary with the cottage. Linens and towels are provided. This cottage has a keypad entry for self check-in/check-out.

This delightful community boasts access to amenities that include clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, community boat ramp, and trails. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-October, from 8am - 8pm for you to enjoy. While you're there, step into the clubhouse with its large living area with TV, streaming services of Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+. The community center also has an efficiency kitchen with a refrigerator, toaster oven and sink. There is also a small fitness room, restrooms, a landline phone, and Wi-Fi. Just outside of the community center and pool, you'll find even more activities for the whole family. There's a playground area for your younger children with sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts for everyone else. You also have access to a gazebo, firepit, and park area across from the clubhouse. Please bring your own equipment for the sports courts.

If all these amenities are not quite enough, let us also introduce you to the Outfitter's Center. Located near the Outfitter's Cottages, it is a large screened-in wood building with a double sided stone wood burning fireplace and seating inside and on the back deck. There is charcoal park grill there that you are welcome to use. The kayaks are located on the left side of the center and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can follow the pier behind the Outfitter's center to the kayak launch. You will launch your kayaks into Mill Creek there. It's about a 1 mile paddle to the mouth of the river.

There is also a boat ramp located towards the riverfront where you can launch your boat. A parking area for your boat and trailer is adjacent to the ramp. You will need to sign a waiver in order to get the access code and parking passes prior to your arrival.
