The Deer Run Golf Course is a ravine backing is located in the Little Britain area near Kawartha Lakes. It has a restaurant, a golf course operating in summer full time, a river stream at the back and Lake Scugog which is 10 mins away from the property. The house is equipped with full time self catering Kitchen. Three bedrooms on main floor with one complete washroom and a powder room. The basement got one queen bed in with an option for extra mattress for kids. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. The outside patio has a BBQ machine, Hot Tub and Sauna Pod.

Missing items

I am writing to express my concerns and dissatisfaction with the condition of the cottage I recently rented. While the property was clean, it lacked several essential items that significantly affected my stay. Firstly, the kitchen was inadequately equipped. There were not enough pots and pans to prepare meals properly. Additionally, there was insufficient cutlery provided, which made dining inconvenient. The hot tub, which was a key feature of the property, was disappointing. It was dirty upon arrival, and there were no instructions on how to use it, which added to the frustration. In terms of bedding, there were not enough materials provided, specifically blankets. This made for an uncomfortable experience during colder nights. Another issue was the fan remotes, which were not functioning correctly. We had to try different remotes to turn off a fan, which was quite inconvenient. Moreover, the basement had unfinished work, with drywall having holes in it. This not only looked unappealing but also raised concerns about the overall maintenance of the property. Overall, my experience could have been much better if these basic essentials were addressed. I hope you will take these issues into consideration and make the necessary improvements for future guests. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
