Cozy Condo at Sable Ridge Radium
Well furnished 1 bed 1 bath condo at the sought after sable ride condominiums.
Kitchen- fully furnished with all one would need to cook at home. Seating for 4 at the table as well as 2 seats to eat on the island if you choose.
Living room- 2 couches with enough seating for 4-5 people. Comes with a 50inch Roku tv so you can settle in for a movie night in-front of the fireplace after a day at the beach or ski hill. One of the couches is also a pull out which sleeps 2 people. All the extra bedding and pillows supplied for the pull out.
Bedroom- the master bedroom is equipped with a cozy queen bed, and 42 inch Roku tv.
Bathroom- access to the bathroom is available from the kitchen as well as the master bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower as well as a bath tub.
Laundry- the in-suite laundry can be found inside the bathroom closet.
Patio- just past the living room is your access point to patio which is equipped with a table and chairs as well as natural gas bbq. You can also gain access to the patio from the master bedroom
