This remarkable home welcomes you with glass double doors into a stylish living room with a 52-inch flat-screen TV. The formal dining room seats 10, leading to a screened-in porch overlooking the pool. The kitchen boasts modern amenities, including double ovens and a wine cooler. The main level offers three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The second level features two bedrooms with arched windows and private bathrooms. The third level includes two bedrooms, a den, and a shared bathroom—a perfect family or children's play area. Outdoors, a private pool, a spacious patio with a grill, and a charming birdhouse area await. A short walk or bike ride takes you to the beach.

PARKING: A maximum of 6 cars is allowed on the property. No RVs, motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts are allowed.
A $39/per car gate fee will be charged, which will be billed separately.


Pool Note: Please note that water temperature can vary with outdoor conditions, and during colder winter months the pool may not always reach a comfortable temperature even while the heater is working. Our team services pools regularly and will assist quickly if an issue arises, though refunds or discounts can't be offered for temporary downtime or cooler-than-expected water. For safety, children should always be supervised while using the pool.
