Luxurious 1 king bedroom with the best & perfect views.
Additional rollaway bed is available on request ONLY.

Inside luxury brings you peace and relaxation. Panoramic views from the balcony. Amazing Sunrise. The pictures will tell you more but will never do justice.

Carpark, Leather lounge, Kitchen, Ensuite, TV, Wifi, Nespresso.
Five minutes walk to CBD via a sky bridge.

The waterfront is known to be the best place in Darwin (convention centre, wave pool, lagoon, restaurants)

At the heart of the Darwin Waterfront Precinct.
Luxurious 1 bedroom apartment.
King bed, Leather lounge, Smart TV, Wifi, Nespresso, Washing machine with dryer, Full Kitchen (Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc..)
Modern bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and mirrored vanity with complementary shower and toilet essentials.
A little study with a desk for those on work holiday.
Underground secure car park for one car.
Restaurants, cafes, bars, and many other shops are just outside the building.
Wharfs and many other tourist attractions are just nearby.

Guests will have the apartment for themselves.
Outside waterfront facilities (parks, lagoon, playground, etc..) are shared with others.

This property was absolutely amazing! my partner and baby stayed there and it had everything we needed! The property was clean, in a great location, well priced and communication with the property manager was great. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great apartment, location and view. Super convenient access to the city and waterfront. Lots of food options right on the doorstep.

Location was fabulous close to so many restaurants and just an uber away from all you need. I will say my husband and I are in our 60’s so the shower in the bath I think would be quite challenging for anyone older. Even we were so very cautious trying to climb out without slipping over . Other than that accommodation was lovely.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view. I felt like I was on an island holiday. Really clean and tidy apartment. Really close to restaurants and walking distance into the city. The convention centre was only a 5 minute walk away. Ali was amazing and provided perfect instructions for access. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Ali

A lovely modern apartment surrounded by restaurants

The plusses are the location and the apartment itself. Very modern, very comfortable, as it should be for the price. The main minus was that the first email communication with the owner was the one giving us the address and access instructions and was received by us as we drove into Darwin itself, 2 hours before check-in. [He had sent it at 8pm the night before, but we were out of phone and internet connection).Very frustrating not knowing whether we still even had accommodation when we got there.

Fantastic Unit, Location & size

We absolutely loved staying in this unit. The waterfront area of Darwin has everything we wanted and is in walking distance to the city. The room is spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment and we sat outside watching the view all the time. The kitchen facilities are great & the washing machine/dryer combo a bonus. We really enjoyed going during the wet season, as the rain came and went all the time. It is much cooler during this time too. The bed is quite firm but we slept ok. There is a bath/shower which is quite high to step in and out of, but we helped each other (a single step stool would have helped). We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
