• Professionals: 20 minutes to Downtown Toronto without the DT price tag.
• Newcomers: A great option for those settling in Toronto or Mississauga, quick access to major highways (427, 401, Gardiner), Airport (6min), 2 Subway Stations, Mall.
• Families: A short walk to a local park with a playground, ideal for young children. Please book from first day to last day of the month, not mid month. If you get charged for the tax and you plan to stay long time, contact me for an alternative option if possible.

この宿泊施設の特徴
Pool and spacious size and brightness of the basement apartment is unique comparing to other basements in Toronto. Access to downtown is quick and easy without paying the rent of downtown. We are close to two subway stations on Bloor line.
