If you are in search of a nice relaxing vacation to escape the hustle of everyday life, then this home was built just for you! This four-bedroom Vacation home is located right across from the large pond and fountain, in the Patriot's Landing neighborhood of Reunion Resort. You will be able to relax on the first and second-floor patios and enjoy the great view.

This two-story home is the perfect getaway for the family looking to escape the crazy world of tourists and settle down at the end of a long day.

The lone downstairs bedroom is a queen master, with a wall-mounted smart tv, extra seating, and a well-controlled ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a large open cave shower.

The kitchen is fully stocked, including a Keurig coffee maker and side by side fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser. The kitchen has bar seating for two and opens up to the open living and dining areas. The entire family can enjoy dinner at the large, round dining table for eight. Sit back and enjoy your favorite show or movie on the large sectional sofa and large wall-mounted smart tv. Guests will also be able to read or plan out vacations in the small workstation in their living room. There is a half bathroom located downstairs for guests.

Soak up some sun or take a dip in your private pool! Guests can enjoy lounging in one of the four lounge chairs or eat a meal at the outdoor dining set for six.

With three out of four bedrooms on the second floor, most guests will be tucking upstairs for the night. Bedroom two is a queen bedroom, located at the front of the home. The bedroom has an extra chair for seating, wall mounted smart tv and a ceiling fan. This room shares a bathroom with bedroom three. The bathroom has a double vanity and a separate shower/water closet with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom four is great for the little ones and has two full beds, wall mounted tv, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. Bedroom number four is a king master, located in the back of the home. This room has a wall-mounted smart tv, extra chair and bench, and ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a custom double vanity, a large corner tub, and a large corner shower.

Guests will have a full washer and dryer on the second floor. The second floor also has a front balcony overlooking the large fountain pond. The balcony has a living area with a sofa, two chairs, and a table, as well as an extra bench.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st March
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat.
