MINT BY THE SEA is a comfortable 3 bedroom, two storey holiday home on the esplanade that accommodates a maximum of 8 guests with stunning sea views! Free Wifi!

UPSTAIRS:
Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, Breville coffee machine (BYO pods), dining table, lounge with large TV , split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. 3 bedrooms, front Balcony with outdoor setting and rear balcony with large hooded gas BBQ, outdoor lounge, table and chairs to enjoy the sunset!

Bathroom with vanity, shower and w/c.

Views of the ocean from nearly every room!

DOWNSTAIRS:
Rumpus/2nd lounge room, TV, DVD, VCR and Chromecast.

Laundry with top loading washing machine and sink.

Porta cot, highchair and 2 child proof safety gates available - under the stairs.

Fish cleaning facility

Off street parking for the cars and boat.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 x single bunk beds

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Tiddy Widdy is a quiet beachside town with great beaches to go crabbing and breath taking views. It’s a small beachside town just north of Ardrossan. Ardrossan has facilities such as Drakes Foodland, Bottle shop, News agency, Bakery, Café’s, Bank and a Hotel,

Roller door access is not available for guests.

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Beautiful weekend stay

Clean and comfortable apart from air vent falling out in one bedroom. Only problem paying $500 deposit and $180 cleaning fee. We have done lots of travelling recently and have not paid either

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for your feedback we appreciate it. The owners apologise re the air vent and advises it has now been replaced. All our properties has a refundable bond which is refunded back to guests within 7 business days of departure. The cleaning fee you were charged for your booking was $120.

The ample balcony, outdoor and indoor living spaces made this a practical and enjoyable holiday location for our family. Having only 1 toilet which was located in the bathroom was sometimes tricky, but this was a minor issue for an otherwise fantastic family holiday home.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Firstly, the beds and facilities are very good, view over sea is good, neighbours friendly. That said, the agent did not tell us until after we had paid a whopping $680 bond(for 3 nights) that there was no linen and then the rules took 6 pages to print out. Furniture would be difficult for full house. There is no outside light so if you arrive in the dark it is a problem,(surely a solar light would work), light downstairs non existent that we could find, stairs are narrow if you are carrying stuff upstairs, undercover parking not available, well it is but you cannot open car door, no beach, bench space very limited in kitchen, rear area for 'children's play' was bare soil, good facilities in Ardrossan. Bond was returned quickly, agents were friendly, most probably a great holiday place
