Sophisticated double storey home with picturesque views of the lake and ocean entrance.

The upper level consists of three bedrooms with two queen beds and two single beds. There is also a bathroom with bath, living, dining and kitchen area. The down stairs consists of a fully self contained one bedroom unit with queen sized bed, kitchenette and bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine.

Guests will have access to a lockable garage located downstairs also.
Room for car and boat parking. The back yard can be closed off creating a fully fenced yard safe for kids to play in.
BBQ and outdoor entertaining area.

Linen and towels will be provided for your stay. There is a laundry at this property with a washing machine and dryer.

Please be courteous of other guests and ensure that all rubbish is placed in bins prior to your departure, and that bins are placed out (Tuesday Night) for curb side collection on Wednesday Morning.

Was great spot would love to come back Downstairs toilet wasn’t working properly but other then that the house was lovely great view has not essential like salt pepper oil tea coffee paper towel you must supply everything and can’t park anything in the garage down stairs

Easter Stay

The house was great except for a couple of issues:The downstairs room had a lot of spider webs inside the room and around the outside of the door.In the games room, the pool table could not be used as balls could not be retrieved once they were played so it was only used once.A call was put in to the property manager who said they would contact the owner but no reply came back.The other arcade game also was not working.The children were very disappointed :(Overall a pleasant stay.

Wonderful weeks goliday

We stayed for a week at this house which suited our needs well. A few minor maintenance needs but other then that, great space and very comfortable.Hope to return!

Never again

On arrival the lock box wasn’t locked. On entering the house it had a musty smell. While eating dinner a bat flew out from the window Pelment & we spent the next 45 minutes trying to get it out of the house. The shower down stairs door wouldn’t close properly & there’s no soap holder. After getting out of bed the next morning I noticed a used bandaid on the floor & can only guess it came from the bed. Very disappointing

Nice place but lacking in a few small things

It’s was a great house in a great location- working billiard table nice amanities, but little things like no hairdryer and manuals for oven stuffed behind sheets in the cupboard rather than available nearby- oven didn’t work and we were lucky we found them to fix. Cleaning wasn’t thorough with dirty shelves in some places. But we still had a lovely stay there

Fishing trip

Whilst the property was fine I was disappointed at the facilities provided. One roll of toilet paper, no sugar, salt, pepper, oil. Limited dishcloths/no brush etc. A little care with these fundamentals would make a difference. This would include simple things like serving spoons and salad server.Also there was no hose so we had to buy a hose to flush the boat motors. The 4th bedroom downstairs and not accessible from inside was a surprise. Maybe we misread the description?

Family Friendly Fun

Photos don't do the views justice. We stayed in winter and found the property perfect for our needs. Easily warmed thanks to the 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs split system. Towels provided (despite agent saying to BYO) which was a nice surprise. Plenty of bikes in adults and childrens sizes, two pool tables and a good games area downstairs. Comfortable beds. I stayed with my children (5, 2) sister, neice (15) and mother and it was perfect for our needs.
