This property was built in 1973 by my grandfather, John Hornyak. He painstakingly reviewed and researched every detail that went into the home's site, material construction and final finish. It really shows inside of the house. At first glance you might notice the large lot, with close access to the Mt. Nittany trail (100 ft), but what you don't anticipate is the size and spaciousness of the interior because of the exceptional layout.
My grandfather and grandmother recently passed away and I felt the need to purchase this home out of the estate to carry on the family legacy. I renovated it tastefully to bring it to the current age of design, but took careful note to keep certain features such as original cabinets (sanded, primed, refinished) as well as not touch the layout. The result is a spacious and comfortable large home that can accommodate large parties.
