Grande Déception

Ce logement est vétuste et pas aux normes superficie surévalué, humide pas aéré, literie vétuste linge de maison très ancien, aucune aération, le jardin n'est pas entretenu du tout, le mobilier de jardin fendu et bancal et très basique. Aucun commerce à proximité du tout une voiture est obligatoire, difficile de se garer tout est en montée et très étroit. L'annonce est mensongère, je vais faire une réclamation au service Clientèle et Service nationale des fraudes.

agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour aux Agaves. L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien aménagé. Au calme. Le jardin est un "plus" non négligeable. Il est situé près d'une petite plage tranquille ce qui permet de ne pas prendre systématiquement la voiture. La communication avec le propriétaire est très satisfaisante grâce à sa réactivité. En bref, nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location!

Très belle situation pour cet appartement

Petite co propriété très agréable, à 2 pas de la plage. Le port de Hyeres est également très vite accessible, avec ses animations et son marché nocturne. Très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, transats, douche extérieure), il n'y a plus qu'à profiter des très jolis coins de la région qui sont nombreux. De plus le propriétaire est très à l'écoute de nos besoins et très réactifs. Un très beau séjour donc, merci à Claude !!

Très bien équipé, grande terrasse et excellent emplacement

Logement très bien équipé: linge, électroménager, terrasse etc. on se sent chez soi. La mer est à quelques minutes à pied et visible de la terrasse. Grande terrasse très appréciée. Nous avons pris tous nos repas dehors. Place de parking privée. Allée privée très calme. Loueur très efficace. Le moindre besoin est réglé de manière rapide et efficace. La région est magnifique, la météo très agréable. Nous serions très heureux de revenir l'année prochaine et recommandons ce logement.

Très bonne communication, tout comme l'accueil. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour profiter d'Hyeres, de la presqu'île de Giens et des îles d'or. Ideal pour une famille avec 2 enfants, l'appartement est fonctionnel et propre. Nous recommandons et reviendrons.

Les photos de l'annonce ne reflète pas la réalité : jardin non entretenu, murs de l'appart auraient besoin d'un coup de peinture. Pas de climatisation.

A wonderful autumn week.

It was just nice, travelling from the cold, Danish autumn to the nice temperature in southern France – and being able to swim in the sea in October. We (me, my house-band and our two boys aged 12) had a lovely week in the south of France; filled with experiences and family pleasure. The apartment was placed central for our tree one-day visits to Nice, Marseille and the area around Nimes. In Nice / Montpellier we visited the Sea Aquarium and in Marseille the island-prison Chateau D’If. We spent one day travelling more inland and visited three excellent places: first the big and impressive dripstone cave in Aven d’Orgnac, but also the Roman Viaduct at Le Pont du Gard and the Gladiator Arena at Nimes. The remaining days our children decided should be “free-days” at the apartment, for gaming and family pleasure. Here we enjoyed the facilities in the apartment; the internet and TV / movie possibilities but also being able to cook ourselves and enjoying the expresso machine. We were very keen of the apartment being placed in a “none-tourist” area, but being a local French apartment among locals. This in addition with the lovely view out of the sea, and the beach being “next-door” was just perfect. We hope to visit South-France again and stay at Almanarre!.

Herrliche FW mit optimalem Standort

Die FW bietet alles was man im Uraub braucht iincl. SAT-TV + Internet. Die Wege zum naheliegenden Strand sind kurz, aber auch mit dem Auto kann man schnell weitere tolle Badebuchten mit herrlichen Wanderwegen erreichen. Die ganze Region ist traumhagt schön, sehr vielseitig und bietet viel Abwechslung! Einzig Flugzeuge des regionalen Flugplatzes von Hyrers können morgens/abends zeitweilig die ruhige Idylle etwas trüben, allerdings nicht in der Nacht.Organisation, Kommunikation und Unterstützung durch den Eigentümer/Vermieter sind vorbildlich! Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Encore !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Même sans voiture, l'appartement est proche d'un arrêt de bus (3 mn), ce qui nous a permis de visiter Hyères et ses alentours. En 2 mn, nous sommes à la plage, les pieds dans l'eau : quel bonheur ! L'appartement est au calme, fonctionnel avec une vue imprenable. Une adresse à retenir et à partager...

We are a French family who have been living in Denmark for 6 years. Claude is an engineer, Valerie is a jurist. Coming to L'Almanarre is a great delight for us and we have a lot of friends and lovely neighbours there.

We lived in this apartment for a few years before relocating for professional reasons and because our family has grown a bit. We come here every time we have long enough holidays to make the trip, unfortunately not quite often for our taste. We love to enjoy the garden, the beach or the quiet of the area.

The location is extraordinary, very close to the beach, in a very family neighbourhood built in the 60s where most of the inhabitants are here since the last generation. The apartment is bright, with a splendid view of the Almanarre bay.
