Breezy beach villa with garden located within the heart of Scarborough, walking distance to beaches, cafes, shops, bars and restaurants. This airy yet cosy space is a great spot to base yourself for a summer holiday or anytime of year.

The space features a small front garden and rear courtyard for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster, kettle and of course... coffee! A Nespresso coffee machine is provided.

Amenities :
- Driveway/visitors parking, linen & beach towels, Smart TV (BYO netflix login), Reverse Cycle Airconditioning / Heating located in living room, full kitchen facilities, Nespresso Machine, Washing Machine, Iron. Tea, coffee, milk & basic cooking supplies provided.

At this time unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets, but you can enquire and we may be open to negotiate.

Please note, whilst we welcome children, the sleeping arrangements offer 2 queen size beds - please book at your own discretion.

The space is suited to a maximum of 4 guests.
