Opposite park and across the road from local cafe , 5 minutes to Kingsley village shopping centre . 10 minute drive to Hillary 's Boat Harbour, where you will find great beach, bars restaurants, shops, live music, Rottnest ferry service. 10 minutes from Karrinyup Shopping Centre.
Short drive to the Swan Valley.
Fully equipped kitchen - All essential crockery, cutlery, cooking appliances & cleaning products are provided and dishwasher.

All Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Toiletries and hair dryers are included.

We stayed at Janine’s place for two months and absolutely loved it! The house is very unique — it feels like a Bali-style villa, so relaxing and peaceful. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Everything was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for a long stay. Janine is such a kind and caring host, always making sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like home, and we’d love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Disappointed

Good location, comfortable fourposter bed and clean linen, nicely decorated. Needs some maintenance inside and out. Access to laundry via home owner and pool not cleaned or private. House brick at front gate to keep gate closed, a bit tacky. Cobwebs inside and out need addressing. No door handle to ensuite. Needs work to get up to scratch.

Great place and location

The host is great and very helpful. The villa is very comfortable especially the bed! It us located in a nice quiet neighbourhood with easy access to Perth, general area and beaches. Very good for a couple.

Nice, relaxed place

I really enjoyed my two night stay. The property has a nice relaxed style and was comfortable in every way. Janine was responsive and helpful.

A great base for staying in the northern suburbs

Janine is a great host, enjoyed my stay here - close to freeway access and ECU Joondalup, shops and a park nearby if you want to go for a jog. Would stay again.

Lovely villa in the suburbs!

Spacious and well furnished property with a lovely vibe. Everything you need and more. Perfect for a couple. Parking was in driveway just off street but was a good area. Janine was very responsive and helped us out whenever we needed. Would stay again.

A hidden gem!

Janine was the perfect host. Nothing was a problem for her & she went above & beyond to make sure we were happy. The villa was just what we needed. Big draw card being the pool. I would highly recommend staying here 😁
