Host was very responsive, kind and easy to work with. My family and I came down for a Christmas weekend and we enjoyed our visit, definitely recommend staying here. Conveniently located and clean place to stay.

The house was very nice and spacious. I noticed several stains on the rugs but I let the renter know as soon as we got there so we didn’t get blamed for them. We had issues with the key rig insert for coffee grounds and I wasn’t prepared for that (they had coffee grounds available but the insert was messed up and left grounds in the cups). The bedrooms were clean with plenty of space for luggage. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels, washcloths, and shampoo/conditioner/lotion. I purchased a suctioned soap holder because there wasn’t anything to sit the soap or bottles of shampoo in except on the shower floor. It would’ve been nice to have the keypad on the side door as we had to track through the front yard to enter through the front door. I noticed it’s for sale but the yard wasn’t kept up with and weeds were everywhere, even across the sidewalk and driveway. It was all very well lit outside which made it feel very safe. Overall, I’d love to stay there again. Thank you.

Spacious and comfortable property

Great location, comfortable beds, perfectly stocked and clean. The property is well maintained, A/C unit works well, water pressure strong - very important to me. Many pros. The cons are kitchen table chairs loose and/or broken, 3rd bedroom closet locked, and dryer requires multiple runs.Overall enjoyable and would return to this property.

Spacious, easy to find and relatively quiet. Close to most everything and we would stay again! Thank you for hosting us. We also loved the updated remodeled bathrooms.

Excellent location, clean property

Sure hope owner doesn't sell property. Id like to save this property for future weekend trips. Great location, close to groceries, venues, etc. left toiletries and clean towels for guests.

2nd time staying!

We brought two friends (another couple) this time. They loved it as well. We ordered in pizza 🍕 the first night. Then the second night we walked right there from the back yard to Felix’s bar n grill with a live band 😊 so were able to enjoy drinking since we didn’t have to drive. Sunday we rented a pontoon boat where our friend was THE CAPTAIN! It really was nice!

Nice place to stay for a short trip near the water

The property is clean and easy to live in. It was for sale while we were there so, I think you should bear that in mind when renting. The kitchen elements really were basics. It was fine for quick and easy breakfasts before we went about our day, but I wouldn't want to try to make a big meal with it. The bathrooms are amazing. The beds were reasonable. We were glad to find a place where we could vacation with our pups in Gulfport. We would stay here again for a weekend trip.

Lacked supplies

The house was big and nice for our family. BUT I was not prepared for the lack of items that have been in other rentals. There were partial rolls of toilet paper. No shampoo, bath soap. No bakeware, no scouring pad, no cleaner for stove top, no games. The sheets were old and knobby and pillows were old and ripped. Bring your own stuff if you rent this house.

Very nice home

We were extremely happy with this rental home. It’s very spacious and well appointed with furniture and daily use items. The location is great, it’s centrally located on Beach Blvd allowing easy access the all the amenities the Gulf Coast has to offer. I would definitely reserve this house again.

Light & Airy Home Away from Home

Just beautiful!! I say light and airy because the open space and light color just made it feel like that. If that makes sense. It was so comfortable. We could see the beach from the back and was a nice clean place and neighborhood. We definitely will be booking again! Very pleased!

Wonderful Spacious House in Gulfport

When our family walked into this home it was a welcoming sight. The openness of the home made us feel comfortable yet not far away from each other. The property was close enough to everything such as the beach, the restaurants, aquarium, escape rooms, etc. We knew exactly where to come “home” to when we saw Felix’s at the end of the main street leading to Markham Drive. We would recommend this home to any family looking for a home away from home.

Beautiful Spacious Home

The house is beautiful and exceeded all expectations! It was very clean and located close to the beach and other amenities. We had a wonderful experience and had no problems at all. We were able to bring the fur baby for a small fee compared to what others charge. We parked 3 cars and still had lots of extra room in the driveway. You could probably park 5 cars if needed. There were tons of bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels and also beach towels! There is a lot of open space so we weren’t on top of each other with our party of 6. We would definitely stay in this home again!

Lovely get away

Stayed in this home 4 nights and 5 days. Upon arrival the communication with the property manager was stellar. Home was extremely clean and well maintained. Beds were extremely comfortable and we were in walking distance to the beach and a restaurant. I would stay here again for sure.
