Clean and spacious

We all enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is convenient access to the IGA, ferry terminal and the Gabba. Would happily come back and stay again!

We truly couldn't fault the Cozy Home in Gabba. The property was clean, spacious, and probably the most well equipped "home away from home" we have stayed in. Crockery, cutlery, pantry staples etc etc - more than adequate for our family of 5. The furnishings are comfortable and the house was easily cooled with the air conditioners - very much appreciated for those unaccustomed to the QLD heat! The location was great with plenty of things to do and places to eat within easy walking distance. The parks and open spaces at the end of the street were ideal for the kids to burn some energy, and it was a nice leisurely walk across to explore the city. A couple of pubs really close by with great food and atmosphere, and an IGA type supermarket well equipped within walking distance. Hosts were very responsive, check in and out was a breeze. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend the property.

This is a lovely property in a generally quit area, well located to get into the city (an easy walk to the city if you use the cross river ferry). We were comfortable and had a fine time.

Came up for a long weekend for a family wedding. Central to everything and great walks in the neighborhood.

Quiet location, lovely house

Great location, comfortable and spacious house. Modern kitchen appliances, lovely shower, washer and dryer in the garage. Easily walkable to South Bank precinct. IGA a couple of blocks away. We got a great meal from An Cafe (Vietnamese restaurant) on our first night - lots of other options available too.

Tidy home

Our stay was pretty good, house was tidy and fairly clean. Great layout and worked well for 3 couples. The location is fantastic, easy walk to public transport and local eateries. Offsite parking was also an added bonus.Our main criticism is the arrival of a garden maintenance team at 7:30am the morning of our departure. We still had people sleeping and it was quite unexpected, especially when we were due to check out 2.5hrs later.We also replaced batteries around the house and had to rewash some cutlery/crockery.

overall the house was good. Loved the ceiling heater in the bathroom. Yhe room with King size bed needs some attention as the robe sliding door sisn't slide and the bed was exremely noisy even to just get into

The location of the property was great and made accessing Brisbane super easy with a 10 minute walk to a ferry terminal or a 10 minute uber to South bank. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the property let it down. We found cups with chips, some were missing handles & there was also chipped plates.The dining chairs are disintegrating leaving black material everywhere, the shower drain is broken and had a sharp edge. The cleaner vacuumed to just under the beds, under one of the single beds we found a old takeaway coffee cup. The skirtings etc haven't been wipedOverall we loved the location but wouldn't return to this house. The host apologised and offer us a small refund from the cleaners fee.

Brisbane Xmas

Location and layout out for family,comfortable beds, linen and towels v good. Disappointed to have one toilet roll for 5 people for 8 days, mould in shower recess, broken blind in bedroom 3, coffee maker full of empty and mouldy pods , no linen for porta cot, very dusty particularly under beds. we have already provided out host with this feedback. However we enjoyed exploring such a vibrant city which has grown so much since last visited.
