Guests have access to the entire house, garage is locked and not available. Parking (uncovered) for 2-4 vehicles on the driveway, in front of garage please.

We recommend having/renting a car for your stay so you can fully explore our tropical city including the Northern Beaches and stunning Tablelands. Public transport is available (1.3km to nearest bus stop), and also take advantage of UBER & OLA which are available in Cairns.

The garage is locked and is not available for guests` use. Parking on the driveway (2-4 vehicles, uncovered) in front of the garage please.
Smoking outside only with closed doors, please.
Children must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area at all times.
No parties, or excessive noise after 9pm please.
Depending availability, we allow early check-in and/or late check-out at a surcharge of 50% of the daily price.
The house above the road is private property, please DO NOT trespass as police will be informed and booking will/might me cancelled immediately.
COVID safety measures: before leaving / checking out, please put all rubbish including food scraps in the rubbish bins (yellow bin is for recyclable items). Please load and start the dishwasher with all used cutlery, crockery, pots & pans.
Please clean the BBQ (if used), a $25 extra cleaning fee will apply if BBQ left unclean.
