The magic of the rainforest and the privacy it offers is what draws you down the driveway, then leads you up to the elevated position where this gorgeous timber home awaits.

There are 4 bedrooms all opening onto the front timber deck, overlooking the pool and rainforest! Fully air-conditioned. There is a large open plan kitchen and dining area, and a double carport underneath. Hidden in the rainforest, you can enjoy your holiday in complete peace, while being only a 10 min drive away from the main town of Mission Beach & 3 minutes drive to Bingil Bay Cafe!

Didn’t happen

The owner took the property off the booking and did a rental just two months prior to the booking, as this was a booking that would fall within school holidays, it was very difficult to find an alternative, very disappointing

Beautiful House

We really enjoyed our stay at The Canopy. The communication regarding access to the property was excellent and access was easy. The property itself exceeded our expectations nestled away, surrounded by rainforest it was very private and quite. The house was very well equipped with an excellent washing machine and dryer and spotlessly clean throughout. The beds and bedding were like sleeping on a cloud. The kitchen and BBQ were well equipped and had good quality appliances, glad wrap, foil and some condiments all present. Our only suggestions would be a big pot for pasta, iron and some paper toweling to clean the BBQ before and after cooking would have been handy. We loved our stay, would definitely recommend the property to others and hope to return one day!
