The beach is just a quick 1-minute walk to the nearest beach access across the road. The spacious outdoor deck area can be covered in or opened up with clear outdoor curtains to suit the weather whilst still having the lovely water view. The main house is elevated and the sleepout is separate from the house so plenty of room for all guests.
This is the lifestyle we would all love so make your dreams come true and visit this wonderful home, enjoy the sunsets over the estuary from the large deck, or, pop across the road to the beach for a swim. For those who love to kayak, kite-surf or long-board, it is at your door-step and for the fishermen the boat ramp is just up the road along with the surf-club.
