Modern, contemporary 2 Bedrooms, private suite

It’s home away from home. Whether you’re visiting families, working, or just exploring, you’re staying in a brand new built fully furnished home with all the essential amenities.
The space
Our unit is completely separate with its own private entrance. You will not share with anyone while you are staying with us. With the keyless entry lock, you will be provided an access code so you can check-in anytime after 3 pm. Walking towards the house, the suite is located on the RIGHT side of the house.
Guest access
Our stackable washer and dryer is only available for guests who stay seven days or more. Detergents and Fabric softener sheets are available upon requests. The trampoline in the backyard is not yet available to guests due to COVID
Other things to note
We the hosts live upstairs in the same house with our two teenage boys. The garbage/ recycle bins are located outside on the driveway by the mailbox, so you can place your garbage/recyclables there before you check out

Great apartment and helpful owner

The apartment was fantastic, comfortable and clean, fully stocked with kitchen equipment if your looking to cook. Very friendly owner, always checking in and seeing what if we needed anything.

summer visit

Following our visit we messaged the owners twice with this feedback and have not received a reply: "Hello Thi and Brian, I am writing to follow up on our stay at your rental suite. We were disappointed to be notified the day before our stay of the double booking, resulting in us being moved to a suite different than the one we booked. Whereas we recognize this was an oversight, the suite we booked had a full kitchen and more sofa seating in the living area. Some additional inconveniences included the need for us to request bedding for the pull out sofa bed, the inability to plug in the microwave and the coffee maker at the same time, the makeshift counter top under the coffee maker that nearly fell off the rack it sat on top of, the fact that we couldn't access outlets in one of the bedrooms due to the furniture covering the outlets, the lack of wash cloths in the bathroom, and our physical discomfort due to the lack of air conditioning during a hot time of year. 4 bottles of water for 4 guests also would have been nice although not a huge deal. Lastly, the photo on the website showing the entire house misrepresents the space and the experience of the renters [especially going to the back of the house and down to the basement to access the suite we were given]. We do not wish to publicly post a negative review for the sake of your business. We are, however, alternatively requesting a refund for one night of our stay for the reasons listed above. "
