Welcome to your home away from home! Our cozy and private 2-bedroom suite is located in the quiet, upscale community of Fraser Heights in Surrey, BC—an ideal spot for visitors looking to enjoy the beauty and convenience of Greater Vancouver.

Just minutes from Highway 1, the suite offers quick and easy access to downtown Vancouver, Burnaby, Langley, and other nearby cities. Whether you're traveling for business, visiting family, or exploring the region, our location puts you in a central and well-connected neighborhood. Within a short distance, you'll find shopping centers, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, and parks, making day-to-day living simple and stress-free.

This private half-basement suite is attached to our family home but has its own separate entrance for your full privacy. It’s also for families, business travelers, and long-term guests looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and fully equipped place to stay.

The suite includes:

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The property was spotless, beautifully organized, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean and welcoming, which made it easy for us to settle in and feel at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to other travelers. Immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee and sugar were there.Overall, everything was wonderful!

James was a wonderful host, he made sure we got in and responded to any questions within minutes. The property is clean, specious, and very comfortable . We slept great, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and we even did a load of laundry. The location is nice and safe and very close to highway and also Walmart and groceries. Recommend this place

A lovely stay while we were visiting family. The space was larger than we anticipated and the host was friendly and kind. Both bedrooms were comfortably sized and included desks and closets for storage. The kitchen had all necessities including a common area with a smart television.The suite is in a basement, so there are stairs as indicated in the listing. The host lives upstairs and was very accessible for assistance when needed.We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the nearby Recreation center trails to walk in the evenings. The neighborhood is very quiet but conveniently located near services (like a Starbucks) and the highway for quick travel. We will definitely stay again while visiting family!

James' property was just what we needed during our hockey tournament. There was alway a parking spot out front. So close to the highway for travel but no highway noise. Lots of space for the kids. And the price couldn't be beat. Would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant stay for six nights, beds are comfortable, laundry is convenient and minutes walk to Fraser Heights shopping center; James is very responsive and helpful, we had good rest in the property. Will come again next time visiting Vancouver.

The host, James, was so easy to communicate with - very quick response and thorough. Very pleasant, especially when we ended up at the wrong door!This is very well appointed, clean suite. And the washer/dryer is a bonus. Great location if you are visiting family-friends in Surrey.

Suite was very organized, tidy, clean and asthetically pleasing. Host was very kind and responsive to any requests. It was like a second home to us. Enjoyed the backyard. Surrey and surrounding areas have many wonderful experiences to explore ie. Hiking, cycling, walking.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:WE ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY AT ABOUT 11PM ON THE 28/06/26. THE HOST JAMES,WAITED UP FOR HAS AND HELPED US WITH OUR LUGGAGE TO OUR LODGEMENT. OUR BASEMENT APARTMENT WAS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY HAD TWO BEDROOMS WHICH WE REQUIRED AND WAS WELL CONTAINED FOR ANYONE WANTING TO BE SELF SUFFICIENT. I DID ASK JAMES FOR AN IRONING BOARD AND AN IRON WHICH WAS PROMPTLY SUPPLIED. THE APARTMENT WAS ROOMY, AIRY AND SPACIOUS AND SUITED US VERY WELL. THIS IS BY NO MEANS A CRITICISM BUT I THINK THAT AN IRREMOVABLE LARGE CLOCK /RADIO MIGHT BE BENEFICIALFOR SOME GUESTS. WE FOUND JAMES TO BE A VERY GENTLE,FRIENDLY PERSON WHO WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP US WITH ANY QUERIES WE HAD. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. THE LOCATION OF HIS PROPERTY IS GOOD BECAUSE FOR SOMEONE WITHOUT A CAR ITS ONLY A 10 MINUTE WALK TO SHOPS AND TRANSPORT. THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE NOT ONLY FOR INDIVIDUALS BUT ALSO FOR SMALL FAMILIES ON VACATION. PERSONALLY I FEEL THAT THE ACCOMMODATION WAS FAIRLY PRICED AND NOT INFLATED ESPECIALLY DURING THE MONTH OF THE 2026 WORLD CUP. IF I WAS TO EVER FIND MYSELF IN VANCOUVER AGAIN I WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN STAYING AT JAMES'S PLACE AGAIN. We had a great stay here! Lots of room with the multiple bedrooms, kitchen had all the necessary plates/cutlery/pots. Everything was very clean, and the hosts replied quickly to anything we needed. Great location as well, walking distance to a plaza with grocery and food, short trip to the SkyTrain if we wanted to go downtown. This is a great place for a Vancouver / BC adventure!
