Situated in a leafy area of South Umina next to a nature reserve, Ally’s Umina Oasis is a perfect pet-friendly getaway for a family looking for a quiet coastal holiday break. The place is a 3 mins drive from Umina Beach (or 16 mins walk), Peninsula Recreation Precint, and shops; perfect place for outdoor activities and relaxation.
Umina Beach is a 90 mins drive from Sydney, Newcastle, and Hunter Valley and is ideal place for swimming, surfing, SUPing, and walking along the beach and trails.
- Large 4 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, and 1 King Single pullout bed) that can easily fit 6 adults and 2 kids
- A/C in common area (dining room), fans in all bedrooms
- Spacious and manicured backyard and deck with large spa (fit for 6 adults)
- Private hideaway beside a natural reserve, perfect for relaxation and some downtime.
- **All linen, towels and bedmaking included for all guests**
- Smart TV with Netflix and Youtube
- Outdoor Weber BBQ (Natural Gas)
- Outdoor gas heater (winter only)
- Fully fenced backyard great for your furry family
- WIFI (password available once inside), Reverse-cycle aircon/heating
- Off-street parking and driveway parking available
- Main bedroom with ensuite
- Fully equipped kitchen for your day-to-day

3. Loud and big parties are not allowed because the property is located within the residential area of South Umina. Keep noise down after 10pm for our neighbours.
4. Do not feed the native animals around the property and those in the reserve.
5. Always cover the spa if not used to preserve the water temp.
6. All natural gas supplied appliances i.e. bbq, heater must be switched OFF if not used for everyone's safety.
7. Appreciate if we keep the place tidy at all times.
8. Park your vehicles as instructed in the manual.
