Our large house, very quiet, is perched on the hill in the middle of sunflower fields next to an observatory to the stars.
We are located in the Lauragais, a rich tourist region in the south of France. The house is located 45min from Toulouse, 45min from Carcassonne, 1h from the Mediterranean and 1h30 from the Pyrenees, which can be seen very clearly from the garden during great weather :-) .
We are also very close to the Montagne Noire, very popular with families in summer and where you can swim in the large St Ferreol lake, do tree climbing, horseback riding, hiking...
The house is spacious enough to accommodate the whole family. Outside, you will find 1 spa, 2 large terraces, a swimming pool and 3000m2 of fenced land.
Inside 4 bedrooms (including a master suite upstairs), 2 bathrooms, 2wc, and 1 shower room. A kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a veranda, a laundry room...
