The host was wonderfully responsive and helpful. The property was exactly what our large group needed: plenty of large group areas with hideaway areas for when alone time was needed. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with pans, pots and dishes. The views from the decks were amazing and it was gorgeous waking up to the sunrise. The proximity to the new boardwalk was fabulous and was a huge value added to our stay.

This house is a great find! It is beautiful, clean, and so well-accommodated. We stayed as a family of 4 and there was so much space. My kids loved the triple-decker bunk bed room and we all loved the three different balconies. The house is steps away from the boardwalk leading right to the beach, and the beach is calm and not crowded. We loved going during low tide and collecting shells. It's a short drive to food, shops, and activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed there just following the Christmas holidays and it was a great multi day. Stay with plenty of space for our young family of 4, plus 2 grandparents.Great closet space in the secondary living room upstairs was amazing. Incredible decks all screened in from the bugs and of course a beach and ocean view that is undeniably beautiful.

Hilton Head Breezy Getaway

This is an absolutely beautiful home, loved our week here! The location was perfect, the views were wonderful, and the house exceeded our expectations. Renting the golf cart for trips to the beach worked out great! We hope to plan another week here next year!!!

Our stay was amazing! The house was exactly as pictured—what you see in the listing is exactly what you'll walk into. Our group of six adults had plenty of space to spread out, and one pleasant surprise was the huge closets in every bedroom, something you can't fully appreciate from the photos. Communication with the host was easy. They texted to make sure everything was going well & any questions I had they responded back quickly. The beach views from every balcony were beautiful, and we loved spending time outside. We had bikes delivered for the week, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The gated community had just opened a new boardwalk with direct beach access, making it incredibly convenient. At low tide, we found so many beautiful shells while walking along the beach.The house was also well stocked with everything you need for a beach day, which was a huge bonus. Since this is a more residential part of Hilton Head, it was peaceful and quiet, making for a truly relaxing vacation. The neighborhood was incredibly welcoming—even inviting us to their Lowcountry shrimp boil, which made us feel right at home.I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to anyone visiting Hilton Head!

Location, location, location

Our family arrived for college tennis. The house location was perfect. Close to food and activities but enough off the beaten path that it felt quiet and secluded. The views of the sunrise were amazing from one of the porches. It’s a 10 minute walk to a beautiful and uncrowded beach. The home had everything we needed and more space than you think there will be. would definitely stay there again.

Wedding Weekend

Had 3 couples and 2 additional friends for a wedding in Bluffton, was a great spot easy to get to from Hilton Head Airport. House was beautiful and clean. Views were as promised from all three decks. Airport traffic wasn't heavy and hardly noticed any noise. Everything on island was no more than 20-25 min away with most everything we needed 10-15 away. Getting to Bluffton was easy. Ubers were able to pick up a couple of us and the trip to Savannah airport was also not bad. Would absolutely love to go back!

Family Vacation '23

A fairly new house, away from the crowds where we have stayed before. Lots of wildlife. We asked ourselves at the end of the week, is it already time to go home? We had a few minor issues but our contact was very responsive, we were always answered within minutes and the issues were resolved. The door handle for the door going to the door going to the garage was not working, we were able to adjust the screw and repair ourselves, The icemaker was not working which was a little inconvenient but we were brought a bag of ice. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Ridiculously beautiful home!

It felt like our own. Very warm, clean and welcoming. We stay on HHI all the time and we book through evolve each time. But this is by far the best host and property we have stayed to date! We took advantage of the on site golf cart too and had fun going to the beach with friends that reside here. Beverly and her husband Jim made great recommendations and made it easy for us to access them if we needed assistance with anything. We had one small problem and it was resolved instantly which just makes me think if anyone ever needs them in the future they will be lucky to have such great hosts. I never go out of my way to write reviews due to working 24/7 but I have to tell people booking this property how great it was, we extended just to have a few more days in this home and we are sad to leave but excited to come back in summer! Awesome Home, Average Location

This home is beautiful and perfect for a large group with plenty of beds, large family room and kitchen, laundry, and most everything you might need during your stay. The rental of the golf cart was not worth the additional fee for us. There's a nice baseball/softball and a soccer field within walking/golf cart distance. The beach you’re able to view from the house and drive to with the golf cart isn’t bad, it’s just more of a “natural” area and low tide leaves you with a long jaunt to get to water above your ankles. The location is also on the outskirts of the dinning and shopping areas which is what made the golf cart rental pointless. We didn’t realize Coligny Beach-the more traditional “spring break” beach-was a good 20 minute car ride, but luckily there’s free parking nearby. Again, the home was fabulous, a great price, homeowners very helpful, and it looked just as it was shown online. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again with the understanding we’d have to pack and haul stuff to Coligny Beach.

The house itself was nice and was clean. Had some nice extras like a high chair that made things easier with kids. It was advertised as having a gas grill, however when we tried to use it the first night, it was leaking gas significantly and unsafe to use. Despite repeated efforts to get a hold of someone to get it fixed, we never actually got in touch with the correct person. Some corporate management company was very slow and inept at communication and made it very frustrating. Sending us the contact info email and phone number as ------@---.--- four times... Not being able to use the gas grill was frustrating. The property had a boardwalk close by to access the beach, but it was under construction and un-usable. The alternative way to access the beach was a 20 min walk. This was not made clear when we booked. With kids that was not what we thought we were getting. The beach was not crowded, which was nice, but I would call it an inlet marsh and not a beach. At low tide you had to walk out several football fields length in the sand to reach the water. Lots of debris (reeds, leaves, etc) which are also more consistent with marsh versus true beach. Not like other beach areas of Hilton Head we have visited previously. House was nice and we enjoyed the views from all of the balconies.

Great Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend

My family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was wonderful. From the check in to check out, we never had an issue. The house was beautiful and clean and the location was perfect(very quiet neighborhood). We had a total of eight people and there was plenty of room. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect exceptional comfortable relaxing and roomy

My wife and I needed a place for our out of town family and this place was beyond our expectations! Elegant, roomy, and relaxing! Those are the words that come to mind! You have 3 balconies/ outdoor living areas all with a view of the bay! The breeze and sea air did us all well. The golf cart was a great extra that turned into a necessity for the wedding party. The venue and beach were about .5 miles away. Walk or golf cart it! Beach was quiet compared to the most areas on the island. Pretty close to everything including some trails. When in the outside living areas have no fear of bugs (which can be a nuisance other places) the areas are screened in so enjoy those outside meals! They’re were games, barbecue, beach chairs, beach toys etc! All you need is a mood to relax, food, and clothing! Thank you very much for allowing us to enjoy the place! Cheers!
