Our Aloha Hawaiian Penthouses are located by the Kapalua Resorts with their fine golf courses. Right next to us is the Honokōwai Beach Park, and we are 1 minute away from the Kaanapali Beach. Literally across the street you have a few of the locals favorite Restaurant’s (The Fish Market Maui is one of them), and the Farmers Market Maui Store. We do not think there could be a better location, and so many of our guests have agreed!
The Paki Maui Ocean Front Resort features a tropical courtyard with koi pond, oceanfront resort pool, spa, outdoor grills, covered pavilion, and grassy grounds looking directly over the blue Pacific. Our Aloha Hawaiian Penthouses provides ample space for your group, as well as the opportunity to enjoy private time for relaxation between dips in the pool, lounging under the palm trees, grilling up your favorites, and hanging out on the beach which is only steps away. Another must most guests love is watching the evening sunsets from our oceanfront loungers, while enjoying their favorite beverage. Each of our Penthouses boasts ocean views from private balconies, fully equipped kitchens, and cozy living areas. Between enjoying all the resort has to offer and venturing out to explore the island, return home to your penthouse stay where you can conveniently cook from home, whether it is from our kitchen made up of stainless-steel appliances, or grilling down on the ocean front grills. Then the choices of dining outside on the furnished balconies, or the ocean front area of the resort. Then there is always having that relaxing movie or game night in.

This dual rental sleeps a total of 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms and additional sleeping space on queen size murphy cabinet / sofa sleepers.

The living rooms have Flat Screen TV’s, with cable, and free WiFi provided.
Let’s not forget the beach towels provided, our ice chest on wheels, or the pack and plays.
When you book those resort hotels, many times you never know the actual view until you check in, NOT with our Aloha Hawaiian Penthouses. Your views are guaranteed!

The Hawaiian Penthouse has the ULTIMATE ocean front view.
Bedroom #1 has a King size bed, private oceanfront balcony, and Ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #2 has a King size bed, with its own bathroom in its same alcove (making it also available for the extra guests when the booking is for six).

The Aloha Penthouse has the Good Ocean views with nice enhancements from the Palm trees and such.
(Bedroom #3) has a King size bed, Flat Screen TV, and Ensuite bathroom.

(Bedroom #4) has a Queen size bed, with its own bathroom right across the hall (making it also available for the extra guests when the booking is for six).

THINGS TO NOTE:
-The Hawaiian has a murphy cabinet queen size sleeper, and the Aloha has a queen size sofa sleeper in the living areas.
-2 parking spaces provided (1 for each unit).
-High quality modern stackable Washer and dryer in each unit.
-Maui’s western coast is a tropical playground for visitors of the island. A resort hotspot, Ka’anapali Beach is about 10 minutes away walking or a 3 minute drive. This stunning stretch of beach has an accompanying sidewalk, running along the shores all the way to Black Rock, a hub of snorkeling and scuba diving activity. If mountain views are more your taste, explore Maui’s unparalleled hiking on trails like Waihee Ridge.
