Brand new full remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 living areas with smart televisions, with quartz counters in the well equipped kitchen, subway backsplash, stainless appliances stocked with provided Keurig K-Cups and cooking essentials. This home has a covered carport, this home is ready for your stay!

The Space:
Full Kitchen, washer and dryer in basement with 2 full baths and 3 full bedrooms with and additional sleeper sofa that can accomodate up to 8 people.

Guest Access:
The entire home is yours and has electronic check in for easy access any time you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
I or one of my team will be there and close if you need us.

Cute house, Quiet location, 3 beds with dirty, crumpled sheets, dirty fridge, used pan of oil in oven. Mouse on countertop trying to get into our food. The mouse was the final straw, we left for a motel with a quick agreement from the Host. The Host agreed a refund should be issued several times in the 1st 3 days while i paid for a motel room instead of staying there. Again, 1 week later he was sending urgent message to "Management Team" for my refund. Two weeks later, last chance for review, no refund, so here is my review. Host had quick response, very understanding and gracious, said all the right words, NO action. House has potential!

After we arrived I heard a tapping sound on the stove. It turned out to be a mouse that opened a bag of M&Ms that was on the counter. After looking around the house there were mouse droppings everywhere including on the beds, nightstands, along the edge of the floors. There were mouse traps in the closets. There were several spiders hanging from the ceiling in the basement living area. We traveled with a 90 year old. We left that evening since we couldn’t live in these conditions. The owner said several times he would escalate this to his team. Three days later nothing was done.

This is the second time that I have booked this location for an annual event I attend. My friends and I always enjoy staying here. A very quiet and nice neighborhood with plenty of space inside to have separate places for people and also some nice communal space to get together and laugh. Property owner is very responsive and super easy to deal with. If anything ever arises, such as needing extra blankets, they are very quick and happy to help. This is a nice gem that is very close to the locations that I was going to be attending. I highly recommend this location.

Just what we wanted

Nice place. Rooms and beds are small, but very clean and entirely remodeled. Don't confuse it with a downtown hotel, you can't walk to restaurants/bars. Its in an older development and you'll be driving to where you want to go. For us, that was perfect. And Jeremiah was EXTREMELY helpful, A.

Quiet neighborhood, access to hiways. Clean, newly remodeled. Jeremiah was quick to respond.

Grandkids loved fireflys, squirrels, rolly pollies.Close to the river and other activities. Host was great! Will return to this property for family visits.

Wichita - Great location

Great location for any Wichita trip. Located in the middle of everything. Comfortable, clean and 100x better than a hotel. Check in / out is easy and owner communication is efficient and responsive.Thanks for a positive stay!!!

The stay here was great from start to finish. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and out of the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Clean inside and well equipped! Would definitely stay here again!

I was in town on business and the house was perfect. Great location near restaurants and a grocery store, only a 5 minute drive to my office in downtown. Will stay here again!

What We Needed

A couple of friends and I came into town for a convention and found this property. It was 10 minutes away from the location that we were attending the convention at. Neighborhood was very quiet and easy to get in and out of. The house was a great space and offered us a place to decompress and relax wonderfully. Definitely going to keep this on my list for the future.

Quick stop in Wichita

The, overall stay was fine. One thing I did not like, but I did not contact the owner, was that to get the outlets to work in the bedrooms you had to have the light on. There is a fan with a light, but the light string had been pulled out. So to charge my phone at night, I had to have the light on, and it was hard to sleep. Other than that, everything was fine.

Walkable location

Nice location to the Arkansas River and bike path. Easy walk to Cowtown, museums, and downtown. The house has a spacious kitchen, modern appliances, excellent televisions. Great lighting throughout the house. Clean house with comfortable beds.
