Iris at Porongurup Chalets

Porongurup Chalets are set at the foot of the Porongurup Range, right on the door step to the National Park where you can explore and hike the local trails.

The chalets feature 2 upstairs bedrooms, a lounge with flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen and dinning area and best of all your very own private bathroom.

Just 25 minutes from Albany or 50 min Bluff Knoll, come and stay at this unique and tranquil getaway.

At the entrance to the Porongurup National Park, we offer quaint, cosy, standalone Swiss-style, A-Frame Chalets. Each have their own private bathroom & kitchen with heating provided. Every Chalet has comfortable beds with electric blankets. Free parking is provided.

We are currently painting the exteriors of the Chalets and extensive gardening has commenced.

As the Chalets are based on a traditional A-Frame design, the internal stairs are quite steep and may prove difficult for older folk.

Porongurup Chalets are a place to retreat and unwind. The loudest noises here are kookaburras and the clinking of wine glasses. We are specifically trying to offer serenity and relaxation. Think hammocks and wind chimes. As such, if you`re looking for a place to party and rock out to the latest Electronic Dance Music, this probably isn`t the place for you. We have a policy of quiet time from 10pm to 7am which also applies to snoring. ;)
