Large 4 bedroom, 2 storey family holiday home located in original Jurien Bay.

With plenty of room for the entire family, and only a short walk to the beach.

Downstairs:
2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other has 2 x single beds
Large living room with TV, pool table and lounge suite.
Main bathroom with separate shower and bathtub.
Laundry with a washing machine and separate toilet. Clothesline out the back

Upstairs:
2 more bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other has 2 x single beds
Semi en-suite with shower and toilet
Kitchen and dining areas. Fully functioning kitchen with appliances and utensils, microwave, oven and stovetop cooking, even a coffee pod machine and milk frother (please BYO pods). Dining table has 6 chairs with another 2 stools at the breakfast bar.
Another living area with TV
Small deck on the second level with small table and chairs and gas BBQ

Enclosed backyard, pristine gardens, perfect to relax in. Or park your boat behind the gates.

Walking distance to the beach... and just a little further to the shops.
Some consumables such as toilet paper and dish liquid are provided for your arrival. You may be required to purchase extra during your stay.

All bed linens, pillows and bath towels are provided as a cleaning fee.
Please BYO Beach Towels.

Sleeps up to 8 guests maximum in 6 beds.
No Pets Allowed.

The house was clean and roomy. Located a nice walk/bike ride from town and close to a beach. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the beds were comfy. Quiet area and only a couple of minutes drive from everything. The house does not have wifi or a dishwasher. I think wifi is a pretty expected standard in accommodation, particularly for the price paid. Teenagers were unimpressed by lack of wifi (they had spent time making an online family quiz night prior to the trip and hot spotting wasn't cutting the mustard) which was an unexpected and annoying dampner on the trip.

Great location, good accomodation and facilities

It was great. All provided, easy and little fuss. Sarah was great. Would stay again. Pool table was brilliant.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were five retired ladies staying for 3 nights. The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach and the Jurien walking track. The house was unusual in design but had all the amenities, reasonably well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, verandah furniture and good hot water. We would have like one more comfy chair so that we could all have one. Didn't use the TV, but it was big. We did not read the fine print and did not realise that there was no wifi, which we would have liked. However, we would be happy to stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have completed a paper copy of the feedback form also. When we arrived at the property it appeared to not have been cleaned and we thought someone may have still been in the property as there was food in the fridge and freezer. The floors had not been cleaned and there was general floor mess plus food and crumbs in the kitchen. There was a water bottle in the upstairs bathroom. All bedrooms were clean and tidy though. We could not call the office as it was a public holiday so we just hoped that due to the empty bedrooms that no-one would be returning to the property.The location was great and the house was a good layout for the guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ideally located, on a quiet street within walking distance to the beach and main town. The floor plan was a really good layout for the entire family with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and games room on the lower floor, and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main upper floor. Stocked with plenty of plates, cutlery etc. My only comment would be it would be nice to have table and chairs or seating in the back yard, but would highly recommend and would definitely come back and stay here again.
