Inside this stunning 4th floor condo, you’ll find the open floorplan, coastal décor, and comfortable high-end furnishings combine to be just the place to return to after full days of adventure. You’ll enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a full suite of stainless appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Relax after a day on the beach in the comfortable living room with flat screen TV. Drink your morning coffee out on the private balcony and listen to the peaceful waves. Invite your family or a group of friends to vacation with you in this luxurious unit and savor unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The spacious main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed as well as another private balcony. The attached main bathroom features an all-tile walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is perfect to put the kiddos with two twin-size beds. The shared second bathroom is located down the hall and includes a tub/shower combination.

The Emerald Isle is a direct beachfront building on North Redington Beach. This building has 2 or 3 bedroom option condos, all which will have direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from their own private balcony. Coin operated laundry conveniently located on floors 2, 4 and 6.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of 2 designated outside smoking areas.

The area is great too! Redington Shores is ideally located and close to everything. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 2.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing, surfing and more. You will surely have a blast building sand castles at Redington Beach. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in a 2 hour drive. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium, Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!

Great Property

This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back! You can’t beat the view from the balcony and proximity to the beach. The condo has an upscale modern feel while still feeling cozy and relaxing. Our family felt right at home during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped to cook in and you are close to everything to dine out.

Family vacation

Condo is Excellent! Stayed at this unit last year and rented again this year. It's very clean and great location. One nice improvement would be having a keyless entrance to access the pool and beach. We like the keyless entrance like the lobby and room offers. Enter your code and you're in. With a party of 6, it's a little inconvenient with sharing and keeping up with one key. Offering more than one key would be helpful, as well. Overall, very satisfied. HIghly recommend!

Excellent

Very, very nice. It was clean, comfortable and modern. All the appliances were state of the art digital. Every bedroom had probably 65" flat panel TV's. The one in the living room was even bigger and had free cable tv. You could tell the owner didn't cheap out on anything down to the marble tile floor. And then there was the awesome view of the gulf and silky white sand on the beach.

Great condo but parking is a huge issue!

Our group came in 2 vehicles and there was only 1 parking space. When we inquired about where to park, we were told to park on the street: a busy 4 lane road with no parallel parking! We loved the condo and location, but will not return due to parking situation. I feel that a 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 6 with only 1 parking space should have been explicitly stated in the description.

GREAT VIEW

The place is right on the beach with excellent view. Well appointed and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was not useable during our entire stay due to construction. The management company neglected informing us beforehand. However, they did apologize and offered us a 20% discount to make it up to us, which we are still waiting for. All in all we liked the area and enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the quality beds and furnishings. We had a bit of a hard time learning the induction oven and stove top, as well as other high tech appliances. Would recommend this place, but definitely call ahead to make sure everything they offer is actually available.

Fabulous unit

This property is beautiful! This is my 3rd stay at Emerald Isle and this unit was wonderful. Everything was very clean, newly remodeled and very updated. I would only suggest a few more kitchen items such as drinking glasses (only were 8) and with 5 people, that doesn’t last long. Also, they only provided 2 dishwasher tablets. We already had to buy paper towels (only received one roll) and toilet paper (just our preference because the one ply doesn’t cut it) but weren’t going to buy a whole thing of dishwasher tabs for a week stay. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer to use unlike some of the other units. We did buy laundry soap and left it hopefully for the next guest to use. We had a great stay and would definitely look to rent this unit again, if it was available. You won’t regret renting it!

Nicely remodeled

We loved the updates and view. Nice laundry room and beach chairs/umbrella. One chair was old and rotting so it broke however. But we did replace it. Odd landing off master bedroom, but it beats a blank. Two mornings we had to deal with crazy loud jack hammering next door for hours. That was a bummer, but willing to get past it. One morning we were rudely addressed by what I assume was a building manager . He didn’t introduce himself, but as we were coming back from our breakfast, he yelled about someone vaping. Very unprofessional and handled the situation inappropriately.

Perfect location, modern feel

Place was very clean, tons of higher end furnishings and can’t beat ocean front literally steps to the beach. Pros: spacious, living room arrangement comfortably held out party of 6, same with chairs on the balcony. Nice large tv in every room. Kitchen was very clean. Washer and dryer were surprisingly in the condo despite not being listed on Vrbo. Location is perfect, besides the obvious oceanfront win, this place is perfect to be able to get to all of the best restaurants in the area without feeling like you’re in the car all vacation. Cons: beds weren’t great, everyone complained about stiff backs or shoulders in the morning which was surprising as they felt very comfortable when you first sit on them. No expense spared on a lot of items in the place but owners could spend $100 on more basic kitchen items to make life easier when making meals. We usually roll the dice on their being beach towels and for years have always just found some at our rentals but this year we did have to go buy some. We left them there so hopefully they don’t throw them out. The portal you have to use for comms is a bit weird and when we first got there didn’t realize we needed to know our parking space number, so had mini panic and logged into portal to find the info. Would be better if ALL the info was sent a day in advance via email and vrbo messaging. Overall still a 5 out of 5 and would definitely stay here again

This condo was beautiful and extremely clean. It was a 9/10. We loved it and will def. come back if available. Wish the following would have been noted (maybe I missed in all of info I got but when I went back I didn't find.) The only negative thing was I wish we would have been informed that you only get ONE PARKING SPOT! We had 3 vehicles coming and 6 adults. So with someone pregnant and older parents not really great that any and all other vehicles have to park in public parking on the street or down the road. Also, multiple people in the condo building we spoke to said they had to call to get there codes to the building cause they were not available at 3pm as promised. We got there 20 mins early waited about 10mins after 3pm, still nothing had to call after talking to another couple who said they had to also call to get there codes cause they were available either. The following is just for informational purposes only. Also, bought beach items that we didn't need. This condo does have beach items like umbrellas, chairs, floats, nets, etc. which was very nice. Last, rooms have remote light/fans but when someone in another room would try to adjust their system it would effect the other rooms in the condo. So at 2am we had lights & fans going off and on. LOL. We found it extremely hilarious, some may not.
