Fantastic

Highly recommend staying in this holiday home. Its cleanliness is better than dozens of others that we have stayed at. Its location is fantastic with numerous food options within a minute walk and the beach a minute more. All the amenities and amusement were in perfect working order. So many different sitting options to get your chill back. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Everything you needed was included. Lots of instructions and rules which was a little bombarding but otherwise it was great. Location could be better! Would be great for extended family and friends get aways. A few of our guests were keen to return in warmer months. Scott was contactable and responded promptly to any enquires or concerns.

Hi Emma, we really appreciate your review. It’s lovely to hear the property suited your group and that some guests are already considering a warmer-weather return. We aim to present the property transparently, including its location. Our first listing photograph is an aerial view with an “I am here” marker showing its exact position. We considered this a clear way to communicate the setting before booking and would welcome any suggestions on how it could be improved. We acknowledge your comments about the volume of instructions. Given the range of facilities, guidance is necessary to support their proper use and protect the property from damage. We will continue reviewing how that information is presented so it is easier for guests to absorb. Thank you again for staying with us. We’d love to welcome you back!

Great Stay with Awesome Entertainment and Perfect Location

We had a fantastic stay at Skyes Beach House. The outdoor entertainment areas were a standout, including the amenities and games room. There’s plenty of space to relax, and the house really has everything you need for an easy, comfortable getaway. The location is perfect — walking distance to the beach and shops — and the host was helpful, prompt and great to deal with. We would definitely stay again.

Location, Amenities - this place has it all!

I got to choose the location for our parties stay, I had a good feeling seeing the listing and when we arrived we weren’t disappointed. Extremely well appointed, modern amenities and wonderfully situated only a short walk from the beach and shops. Looking forward to my next stay at skyes beach house!

Perfect multi-generation stay

Excellent property for three generations to come together and celebrate a milestone event. The downstairs layout worked particularly well for elderly parents using walkers, and the kids loved the games room and activities, especially toasting marshmallows around the fire pit. There’s so much to enjoy across the property and our only regret was not staying longer. Scott was extremely responsive throughout and quick to arrange a repair when we reported an issue during our stay. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Wonderful for whole family

Property catered from young to old very well. Parents could relax and feel safe to let kids play as there was trampoline and play equipment with locked gates . Adults enjoyed their quite time and own time and space was great for our extended family trip.
