Terrible management

Unfortunately, despite a fabulous apartment in a great location, we cannot recommend staying here. You have to travel by car to the agents office to both collect and drop off the keys (15min drive away). The drop off is totally unnecessary given there are key drop boxes in the building. Also providing a single key for a building that requires fob access to the lift, pool and carpark is wholly inadequate. A few other communication issues could be improved on (window cleaners appeared looking in bedroom windows at us without any forwarning!).

Awesome apartment. Let down by property management

Property was fantastic and in a great spot, accessible to all amenities and attractions. Four night stay was spoiled by incompetent property management. Nights one and four we had limited access to the property due to being given one key and property access fob between 3 adults

Where you have to get the key from property management is in surfers to far from the property.
