The apartment is self contained with full kitchen & laundry facilities. Tea & Coffee will be provided as complimentary to all guests.

FAQS

These are answers to some of the frequently asked questions I receive:

1. Are they actual photos of your apartment?

YES! Of Course! We take a lot of pride in our apartment and the photos are of the exact apartment!

2. How will I get the keys?

Our office is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We handle key exchange (including after hours) and are always on call. Details of the office will be provided after a booking is made.

3. Do I get access to the resort amenities?

Of course - you have full access to the resort facilities but please do not go to the onsite reception desk for anything throughout your stay. You are booking this exact private apartment it is not managed via the front desk in any way.

4. Which level is the apartment on?

Level 11 - accessed via superfast elevators

5. Can I request an additional bed/ what bedding will be provided if I book for 3pax?

YES - an additional bed can be provided If you book for 3 guests. The additional bed is a "Euro Bed" which is a high quality self inflating mattress which sits approx. 40cm off the ground.

Great view / location

Very well maintained and comfortable. sunny and lovely balcony with beautiful sunrise. Walking distance to all shops and central to public transport.

Wi-Fi was not connected before my arrival. The first 5 days of my stay had a difficult time with connection problems where I had to call several times to get the real estate to look into it. This left me frustrated and shrugged that it was advertised falsely that there was Wi-Fi already there.This took away from enjoying my break the 1st week I was there.This should not be the case. If you advertise for something, it needs to be ensured that all is working and ready to go before check-in.The place is central but extremely noisy as there is nightclubs and restaurants right downstairs, which made it difficult to relax. Also you have tyre burning downstairs, young people wanting to show off their driving skills.I witnessed at least 3, if not more, fights/arguments where they were bellowing off the top of their lungs at each other.If you want to relax, this is not the place. Too much noise, drama happening that you can hear everything.Add to it the road work at night from the other connecting street which made sleeping difficult.Definitely not an apartment I will ever book again.
