We recently stayed for several nights, whilst the hotel itself was lovely and such a great location the unit itself was a mess. The ensuite shower was filled with mould (not in hard to reach places just due to laziness I.e the shower nook), the main shower we couldn’t use at is missing the door so water shoots everywhere, there was rolled up toilet paper shoved behind the bed and clumps of hair left in the wardrobe. The property had not been cleaned before we entered. You are expected to clean up on departure which is fair, however you also need to check as previous tenants had just cleaned the top plates etc and then stacked it in the cupboard with all the dirty dishwater underneath. We had to do a clean of the property before we could even stay as the place made us feel sick. The door onto the patio doesn’t lock and with a 2 year old this was very scary.

ocean view Surfers

Property was good Ensuite shower head is blocked and needs replacing. Main bathroom - no shower curtain - no door lock - possibility for guest to open door and have FULL view of person in shower from hallway. this is unsatisfactory.. We had five adults & given 2 keys only. Asked for 3 keys and prop mgr only wanted to argue. Building security said 3 keys for 3 bedroom is mandatory.
