This is a Great Place to Rent!
The mark of any good rental is if you would rent it again - and l look forward to renting this again for a longer period. A really upscale single family house in a nice gated neighborhood. The 3 br 2 ba house was awesome with a newer pool, outdoor shower and cabana(?). The inside was clean, bedding and towels looked new. Beach access very easy by way of a boardwalk through the area over the stream. The black sand beach stretches for miles in either direction as far as one can see. The ocean is very warm and l was playing in the surf after sunset. Yhere is a pretty good restaurant nearby at the Miramar Hotel. I also ate at various street vendors in San Jose and loved it.
The rental is in a gated neighborhood and l never felt unsafe. The guards were really helpful, suggesting where to go and giving me tips. They were awesome and we had some good conversations!

I enjoyed myself, watched the Super Bowl in Espanol and would do it again! Thanks Alex, you have a nice place.
