Nice little place, could use a few more towels. We had fun with the boogie boards.

Was a nice to stay. It was close to the ocean. We had a great time.

No hot water

Everything was great in the area. The condo was clean with most amenities you could need stocked well. The settings on the hot water tank were so low that there was no hot water, rather lukewarm could be achieved if only the hot water was utilized.

Perfect

We had a wonderful time, the condo was clean and well stocked. The washer and dryer in the condo was a bonus, especially with small children! We have vacationed at Ocean Forest Villas many times but this condo was our favorite! I hope we can book it again for our next beach vacation!

Grandaughters Wedding

We went to Myrtle Beach for our grandaughters wedding. The condo was perfect. Beautiful area. We had a very good time. We enjoyed the beach and the hot tub and pool. Thank you!

FANTASTIC!!!

There isn’t really a negative thing I can say. Couple of minor things were wrong but nothing that impeded our vacation. The condo was fantastic, across the street from the beach, beds are super comfortable, pool was great….hot tub was fantastic. Super clean place so can’t wait to book next years and hopefully reserve it for a longer stay.

Most relaxing stay yet

Location is wonderful. This condo being bottom floor this time was exactly what we wanted. Very clean and the added washer dryer was a great bonus. Wish these condos would add countertop toaster ovens. They are perfect for breakfast foods, hot sandwiches and pizza. The patio furniture could be replaced but still useable. The air unit in the second bedroom needs a door on it for people with children. The air itself went out on us through the morning while we were at the beach. Found this out as we came back to go to dinner and the property manager was quite delayed in calling. We reached out to the owner as they placed their number in the condo. He took care of the problem while we were out at dinner and shopping and the condo was very cool when we got back. The property manager did eventually call us back but the owner had already been contacted and had a repair man on the way. I would suggest to the owner to add black out curtains to the bedroom doors and side window especially. Being on the bottom floor it’s a little revealing when changing and showering having the thin white curtains on the sliders and loose fitting blinds on the window. We hung an extra quilt over the side window during our stay as from outside people can see around and under the blind. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely book this unit again and from this property owner. Thank you for a great relaxing trip our first time in 20 years without children. Great getaway for us.

Great location!

We love Ocean Forest Villas! Right across the street from the ocean, 2 pools and a hot tub in the condos. This condo is nice for a small family. The view is nice from the porch. Being on the 1st floor and having a washer/dryer is a hige plus!

Charming condo/great location

Ease of booking, check in/check out was great Thankful to be at ground level! In unit Washer/dryer so convenient! Would stay again but I will say it was disappointing that the water does not get hot. Also bonus that beach chairs provided, but could stand to be replaced Communication could be better; out of the various times I tried to contact (VRBO msg, email, phone call), I only received response once via email.

So so unit

The overall property is great. My family has stayed at Ocean Forest Villas multiple years and love the location, proximity to beach and the property amenities. This unit wasn't terrible but also not close to one of the best units compared to previous stays, especially for the price that was charged. The master bathroom is tiny. The kitchen is a bit small and isn't arranged the best. These units all have balconies, but this one has beach equipment taking up half the space on the balcony and looks cluttered. The biggest positive of this unit was it did have Washer/Dryer in the unit. Also, the 2nd bed room has bunk beds which were the highlight for our 2 young children. Again, enjoyed the stay, just wasn't overly impressed for the price charged.

Easy access

Enough room for 5 of us. Able to see ocean from balcony. Would rather stay here than a hotel for the price, will likely do it again.
