This villa has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed. The guest rooms feature a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and the last guest room features two twin beds. This home sleeps 8 guests comfortably but can accommodate up to 10 guests with extra sleeping space of two twin cots.

A key feature of "Villa Sip N' Sea" is the beautiful pool and lanai area with canal views. The salt water pool is heated and you will enjoy the southern exposure and be able to soak up the Florida sun! The outside patio area has a built in kitchen and grill.
