Beautiful Main Floor of a house. All new furniture and brand new Ensuite with stand alone tub. Photos being added everyday!
These photos are not as the property appears as all furniture is brand new in 2023! These are photos when home was purchased!

Main floor has large Living room/ large Dining and Large Kitchen. Kitchen equipped with S/S appliances/ microwave and built in dishwasher. Fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a great meal!
Master bedroom retreat includes king bed and 55 inch smart Tv! Also private large ensuite brand new in 2023 includes double sinks/ free standing tub and separate shower!
Two other bedrooms both with queen beds / share a 4 piece bathroom (updated)
4th bedroom is in lower and has stairs to get too. It includes double bunk bed with single bed top bunk. Includes private 3 piece bath and another Smart Tv! Great space for 8 years and teenangers! Sleeps 8 comfortably / extra fee over 8!

Home includes private laundry room!
Private back yard with large deck. Exterior seating for 6 / bbq and couch with two chairs seating! There is 2 night minimum for bookings.

Fantastic place, beautifully decorated and ideally located. Cindy was super easy to access for questions. I really appreciated the little extra things available. For example, saran wrap, baggies, kcups.

Beautiful house, walkable to everywhere

Lovely spacious home in ideal location. Easy check in process. Home was as described or better. Would definitely stay there again.

Halifax Weekend

Home in great shape and good location. We were travelling for a wedding with grown kids and partners, so 3 full bathrooms were was a huge plus!

Perfect house for a family reunion

Located in a lovely little area of town! We were 6 adults and 2 children and the house was perfect! Beds were really comfortable and the house was equipped with everything you needed!

Fantastic

We had a great trip. The house is quite comfortable, well equipped, and clean. The master bathroom is gorgeous. A very short walk to a great breakfast café and grocery stores. We spent most of our time in the Halifax wharf area. This is a comfortable walk or when too tired a very short Uber ride

Great location

The place was renovated nicely and clean. The location was amazing since it was close to Quinpool. The beds were comfortable and I liked the air conditioning in the master bedroom. The only drawback was the construction being done in the unit above us so it was not very quiet.

Great location, comfortable

Well situated by some nearby coffeeshops, restaurants, and grocery stores as well as a short 15 minute walk to downtown. Provided parking was much appreciated, although street parking also available although hours are somewhat limited. Overall clean and comfortable, although the basement room got somewhat musty - would benefit from a dehumidifier. Would return the next time I am in Halifax!

Great house!

We had a girl’s weekend and flew in from various Ontario locations. Great space, lots of room, and the location is amazing! Would stay there again.

Quiet comfortable main floor home

There was plenty of room for six of us. 3 full bathrooms was a real bonus! Only drawback was the basement bedroom was down some steep stairs (we were told this in advance) and a bit damp smelling. It did have its own new bathroom. But with 3 bedrooms upstairs it’s an extra room if needed. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes utensils pots and pans. Nice fridge and dishwater too. Great dining room table and comfortable living room. Only used the BBQ once but it worked well. Deck was nice and quiet and comfortable just like the home. Just enough room in the driveway to park one vehicle. Groceries beer wine were a 5 minute walk away as was the coffee shop. Nice 20 minute walk by the Citadel or 5-6 minute drive to downtown. An ideal home for a family vacation to Halifax.

We were so impressed with the accommodations. We had 5 in our group and were so pleased to find this place. Lots of space to hang out and talk without tripping over one another. I highly recommend Cindy as a great host and the house and location were super nice!

Lovely stay for university graduation

We stayed here for 3 nights to attend university graduation. We were the first people to stay at this property. The decor was comfortable and stylish. The layout was perfect for our multigenerational group. The beds are extremely comfortable and bedding and towels provided are high quality. The location is excellent with grocery store, liquor store and coffee shop within walking distance. Communication with the owner was good, but took a couple of messages to get check in information. One minor point was minimal propane for the BBQ which necessitated a quick run in the middle of cooking for more but fortunately with the location it was not a large problem. Overall an extremely pleasant stay and would return without question

All kinds of space

It was a great centralized place to stay modern, and could easily be lived in for a week! Owner was very easy to talk to and understanding. Neighbors were pretty close and was short with us, and there was no patio furniture. Early in the season so no big deal at all. But neighbor came to us angry that we had her furniture. Other then that everything was fantastic would easily come back

Family home in Halifax's South End

This house is well situated in a quiet neighbourhood. It had all the amenities that you could need for a short or long term stay. It was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and movie theatres. We were a group of eight with a teenager and two young children as well as a puppy. There was ample space for all as well as a nice fenced backyard for barbecuing . I would definitely recommend this space.
