Clean, family friendly house walking distance to the beach - our group (grandparents, parents, and 2 kids) loved this space - enough room to spread out and the kids loved the bunk beds and toys/games.

We had a wonderful time at this amazing rental in Brigantine NJ. Very spacious with all of the necessary amenities for a beach trip. They provided a few snacks, beach chairs, bikes, and beach passes. I could not have asked for a better beach house.

Great house with a fantastic location. Quiet area. This house is perfect for two families with small kids. You will find house games and all the amenities you will need. The garage is full of beach chairs, wagons and bikes. We will absolutely be coming back again!

Beach get away

Beautiful propert 3 houses from beach. Easy access to where you wanted to go! Would have been nice to have large stock pot to cook seafood or pasta. Other than kitchen pots and pans it was a perfect stay!

Great location, spacious and clean

This townhome is very nice and very clean! The location is great! A very short walk to the beach. All the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Loved sitting out on the deck and being able to walk to the shops. This is a lovely place to stay. We all had a great time!

Great family stay!

House is really beautiful. Very close to the beach. We walked a block down so that way we were closer to the swim area of the beach. It was nice to find a rental with linens available. We had a group of 9, and would recommend others to bring extra towels because there are not many available (pleased there were some, though!). The air did some weird things at night where it was very hot by 5am it seemed like at other times during the day, the unit would shut off. I wish the house was able to be baby proofed more. The steps were difficult with a very active 19 month old. We brought baby gates but they didn’t fit. The outdoor shower was super helpful to have after coming back from the beach. You could take a full shower because it was private and closed in. The place was very clean and fit our family of 9 with ease, even enough space for us all to sit down and have dinner. The house offered an ice maker that really came in handy during our stay. The washer and dryer were very nice to have. I was happy there was a high chair for use. Fun games that the kids and adults enjoyed.

Excellent home, the perfect getaway

Our group has stayed in Brigantine annually for 10 years, and this is the nicest place we have stayed in! This house was perfect. The layout, amenities, location and overall comfort were fantastic. We will definitely look to stay here again next year.

Great beach property

Felt welcoming and well stocked with appliances and extras like high chair, pack and play, toilet paper and dish detergent, bottle of wine, coffee pods, games, etc. We couldn’t find more than one bowl to use for mixing/cooking. Fifteen stairs to access one level and thirteen next. Beach not real wide but wider beaches not far away. Evolve contact Pat was helpful and accommodating.

Great home for a family trip

This home was perfect for us. We had 2 infants, and having 2 suites on different floors worked put great!! They had 5 beach chairs and umbrellas available for our use which was really helpful. Our family will definitely stay there again!! Thank you for the hospitality.
